気になっていたメニューに初挑戦！神奈川県横浜市旭区の『ラーメンショップ希望ヶ丘店』に再々訪しました。今回は今まで気になっていたとあるメニューを頂いてきました。“日本一のラーメンショップ”と称される茨城県牛久「ラーメンショップ牛久結束店」で、その背脂たっぷり濃厚なラーメンに衝撃を受けた一同。基本のカエシが同じ、という以外はメニューや作り方などは各店舗に任されて店ごとに個性が違うのが魅力です。家系を作り上げた吉村実氏が修行していたことでも知られ、『家系のルーツ』とも言われます。初めて食べるラーメンの味、楽しみに伺いましたので早速ご覧ください！
