横浜、初訪問の家系ラーメン店！神奈川県横浜市『極濃家系ラーメン歩輝勇(ぽきお) センター北店』に伺いました。個性的な名前のこちらは横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン「センター北駅」最寄りのお店で、東京都大田区の多摩川に本店があります。初めての訪問を楽しみに伺いました。それでは早速ご覧ください！

Yokohama, the first visit to a iekei ramen shop! We visited "Gokuno Iekei Ramen Pokio Center North Store" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This unique name is the closest shop to the Yokohama City Subway Blue Line "Center Kita Station". I was looking forward to my first visit. Please have a look!

横浜にある『家系ラーメン総本山吉村家』の創始者であり「ラーメン界のレジェンド」とも言われる吉村実氏の許しを直接得た直系店。【北陸の虎】の異名を持つ。昨今の家系ブームに乗って多くの家系ラーメン店が乱立するなか【総本山直系店】を名乗れるのは全国に10店舗(吉村家を含む)しかなく、富山県内のみならず週末になると近県や遠く関東からもその味を求める人が訪れる人気店である。

Has the nickname of [Hokuriku Tiger]. While many Iekei ramen shops are crowded due to the recent boom in Iekei, there are only 10 shops (including Yoshimuraya) nationwide that can call themselves [Sohonzan direct line shops], and not only in Toyama prefecture but also in nearby prefectures and far away on weekends. It is a popular restaurant that is visited by people from the Kanto region who are looking for that taste.

魚津の家系ラーメン直系店、初インタビュー！富山県魚津市『はじめ家』に伺ってきました。前回の訪問の際、店主の小沢さんが駅まで送ってくださった車中でいろいろお話を伺いました。今回は改めて時間を作ってくださり、家系ラーメンや吉村実社長との出会い、修行時代のお話、ラーメンへの考え方など、これまで公にされなかった貴重なお話を伺うことができました。直系店の店主さんのインタビューは今回が初となります。ぜひご覧下さい！
