接獲康文署的通知，我（以亨泰環宇有限公司名義）已成功申請2020年2月紅館檔期。感謝康文署，感謝家人和朋友們在這期間的理解和支持、感謝一直在我身邊不辭勞苦的工作人員們的付出。有關補場場次的演出日期，大家參照對照表就會明白了。

因上手主辦單位（映藝文化娛樂）的退票安排會持續到5月底。為免混淆，我補場的安排會待整個退票退款安排完成後進行，即於2019年6月10日至2019年8月9日期間，才會進入優先購買補場門票及補場登記換票的階段。

[已退票的朋友 – 優先購買補場門票] ：

● 你們享有優先購買原有同等數量、座位及票價之權利，對應日期請參照補場場次對照表如上。於2019年6月10日，有關單位（映藝文化娛樂）將以電郵或短訊個別通知你們有關優先購票的詳情。

● 已退票的「華仔天地」家人亦同樣會收到有關優先購票的通知。

● 於優先購票過程中，網上付款服務供應商收取的手續費將由我為你們承擔。

[不退票的朋友 – 網上登記換票] ：

● 你們可兌換原有同等數量、座位及票價的補場門票，對應日期請參照補場場次對照表如上。請於2019年6月10日中午12時起至2019年8月9日中午12時止到演唱會官方網站 http://concert.andylau.com/ticketing ，輸入所需的個人及門票資料，並上載門票照片，便完成登記換票手續。

● 不退票的「華仔天地」家人同樣可到上述官方網站的「華仔天地」會員專頁進行登記換票。

溫馨提示 1
明白到時大家為了支持我會同時間進入網絡系統登記，這可能引致網絡繁忙而出現等候的情況。請大家不用擔心，因為優先購票及登記換票的日子和位置是根據你手上的門票而安排，不存在競爭，而且登記持續為期兩個月，所以只要在限期內完成便可以。

在完成以上整個程序後，我們由2019年8月26日至2019年8月31日將會個別發出「領票通知函」給大家。預計於2020年1月開始讓大家領取補場門票，而海外朋友亦可於演唱會期間到紅館領取門票。

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has just notified me that my application (through my company, Topman Global Limited), for the Hong Kong Coliseum for February 2020 has been successful. I would like to thank the LCSD, my fans and friends for their understanding and support during this period. I would also like to extend my gratitude to my crew who have worked tirelessly by my side during this period. Regarding the rescheduled concert dates, please refer to the table.

The former concert organizer (Focus Entertainment Limited)’s ticket refund procedure will continue until the end of May. In order to avoid confusion, I will start priority purchase and ticket exchange registration from 10 June 2019 till 9 August 2019 (after the refund procedure has been completed).
Those who have obtained a refund – Priority purchase of rescheduled concert tickets:

● You have the right of priority purchase based on the same quantity, seat(s) and price of your original ticket(s) (please refer to the table above for dates). I will appoint Focus Entertainment Limited to notify you by email or SMS on 10 June 2019 with the details of priority purchase.

● To my “Andy World Club” members, those who have obtained a refund will also receive a priority purchase notification from Focus Entertainment Limited.

● The priority purchase online transaction fee will be taken care of by me.
Those who have not refunded their tickets – Online ticket exchange registration:

● You can exchange your ticket(s) based on the same quantity, seat(s) and price of your original ticket(s) (please refer to the table above for dates). Please visit the Concert’s official website https://concert.andylau.com/en/ticketing/ starting from 10 June 2019 at 12 noon to 9 August 2019 at 12 noon. You will need to provide your personal details, ticket information, and upload photo(s) of your ticket(s) to complete the ticket exchange registration process.

● To my “Andy World Club” members who have not refunded their tickets. You may visit the AWC members’ zone on the Concert’s official website as above to complete the ticket exchange registration procedure.

Warm reminder ①:
Too many people accessing the registration system at the same time may slow down the network. As the date, seat and price of your priority purchase and/or ticket exchange are allocated in accordance with your original ticket(s), and the ticket exchange registration period will last for 2 months, there is no need to worry. All ticket exchange registrations will be honored as long as they are completed in time.

Warm reminder ②:
After completing the procedures above, we will send you a "Notice of Collection of Tickets" with further details between 26 August 2019 to 31 August 2019. We expect to start distributing tickets for the rescheduled concerts by January 2020. Overseas audiences will be able to collect their tickets at the Hong Kong Coliseum during the concert period.
