服務經驗中勵馨發現，受家庭暴力的婦女，

小時候，沒有長輩、同學們和我說過有運動內衣的存在。當時，我忍受了長時間的乳房疼痛，也近乎放棄體育活動、玩耍、參與的機會，更嫌棄自己的身體，認為乳房是人生的阻礙。
強調運動內衣的功能和重要性，為的不是逼迫女孩們都穿上它，但若它的作用呼應了任何一位女孩生而為人的需求，她有權知道、也有權擁有。
