Dr. Soo Wincci merupakan seorang artis serba boleh. Beliau seorang penyanyi, pelakon, pengacara, model dan pengusaha . Beliau seorang yang selalu berfikiran positif dan berani semasa menghadapi cabaran. Dalam perjalanan menuntut ilmu, beliau bersikap rendah diri dan belajar tanpa berputus asa. Beliau merupakan Miss World Malaysia pertama yang berjaya menamatkan pengajian peringkat Doktor Falsafah (PhD). Tambahan pula, beliau sedang menyambung pelajaran PhD kedua dalam jurusan Artistic Produksi di University of Polytechnic di Sepanyol.
Melalui bengkel pengucapan awam ini, Dr. Soo Wincci akan berkongsi dengan peserta-peserta tentang strategi dan teknik pengucapan awam. Diharapkan peserta-peserta boleh mendapat manfaat daripada bengkel ini, dan dapat berucap dengan yakin serta menunjukkan prestasi yang baik dalam pertandingan pengucapan awam!
