●Sauce Yakisoba(for 1 people)
1 bundle very thick noodle
100g of cabbage
40g of pork belly
30g of squid
2 tbsp Agedama
some oil
some salt and pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
some Beni-Shoga, Aonori, Katsuo-Bushi
1 fried egg
●Yakisoba sauce(for 1 people)
1 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
some pepper
●Agedama
5g of dried shrimp
25g flour
50ml cold water
