VÀ hình như nắm bắt được tâm lí của tui thì vừa qua Sharp đã cho ra mắt sản phẩm Sharp Aquos R6 ( vẫn logo của Sharp ) nha anh em !!! đây là 1 con máy có vô cùng nhiều công nghệ Đầu Tiên và Khủng Nhất ở thời điểm hiện tại .
Mặt trước thì chúng ta sẽ có 1 cái màn hình bo cong 3d với thiết kế màn hình giọt nước khá là phổ biến trên cái dòng flagship của android hiện nay . Nhìn chung thì thiết kế mặt trước khá ổn cơ mà Tuy nhiên thì phần viền cằm hơi dày 1 tí , à mà nó dày hơn 1 tý tý chứ. Về phần mặt sau thì sau , chắc hẳn khi anh em nhìn thấy nó chỉ có 1 camera sẽ buông ra những lời miệt thị , mạt sát nó nhưng nó khá Khủng đấy anh em ạ , khủng cả nghĩa đen lẫn nghĩa bóng luôn , kích thước của nó lên đến 1inch tức là vào khoảng 2.5 cm - to ngang với kích thước máy ảnh . Chỉ có 1 camera nhưng sẽ có đủ cả 3 cảm biến luôn : Cảm biến chính , góc rộng và tele . Độ phân giải của camera trước là 12 mp và sau là 20mp và thêm 1 cảm biến lấy nét , ngoài ra chiếc camera này có thêm 1 kĩ thuật chồng khung hình giúp các bạn chụp đêm , lấy nét tốt hơn .. ĐẤY anh em nào mà hay Chụp đêm hay lưu lại khoảnh khắc trong đêm thâu vắng thì chú ý nhá !!! Rồi màn hình thì sao ?? con này có kích thước là 6.1 inch và độ phân giải là 2k ? UI ZỜI thông số bình thường thế này mà ông ad bảo khủng , lừa dối .. nhưng anh em để ý đến mấy cái thông số này nè : Độ sáng 2000 nits độ tương phản là 20 000 000 : 1 . Anh em tìm cho tôi con màn hình nào có độ sáng Khủng như này cái , tìm được thì cho mình xin lỗi !! và điều đặc biệt nhất là nó có màn hình 240 hz .... 240hz đó anh em . 240 hz trên 1 thiết bị di động và công nghệ thích ứng tần số quét màn hình . Đại khái là nó sẽ thích ứng tần số tùy thuộc vào ứng dụng đang hiển thị trên màn hình . Kiểu như anh em đang xem phim thì nó sẽ để tầm 30-60 hz sử dụng các thao tác vuốt chạm trên màn hình chính thì sẽ là 240hz A/e không sợ màn tần số cao mà hao pin nhé .
Anh em game thủ đam mê tryhard thì có thể mua về đợi 1 vài năm nữa game hỗ trợ tần số quét 240hz dùng là vừa

かぼちゃチーズケーキ

材料:
溶かしバター 大さじ6
グラハムクラッカー(砕いておく)10枚
クリームチーズ(常温)905g
卵 4個
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
砂糖 300g
かぼちゃ(つぶしてピュレ状にしておく)425g
■トッピング用クランブル
バター 115g
薄力粉 125g
ブラウンシュガー 110g
シナモン 大さじ1
作り方:
1.ボウルに溶かしバターと砕いたグラハムクラッカーを入れ、よく混ぜる。
2. 23x33cmのスクエア型に(1)を入れ、カップの底で平たくする。冷蔵庫に入れて冷やす。
3. 大きめのボウルにクリームチーズ、卵、バニラエクストラクト、砂糖を入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
4.(2)のスクエア型を冷蔵庫から取り出して(3)を半分流し込み、冷凍する。
5. オーブンを160˚Cに予熱しておく。
6. (3)の残り半分にかぼちゃを入れ、よく混ぜる。
7. 冷凍庫から(4)を取り出し、(6)をのせる。へらで表面を平らにならす。
8. オーブンで30分焼く。
9. トッピング用クランブルを作る。ボウルにバター、薄力粉、ブラウンシュガー、シナモンを入れ、湿った砂のようになるまで混ぜる。
10. チーズケーキをオーブンから取り出す。(9)を振りかけ、てオーブンに戻して25分焼く。
11. オーブンからチーズケーキを取り出し、粗熱が取れるまで完全に冷ましたら、完成!冷蔵庫で冷やしたらさらに美味しくなります。

INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons butter, melted
10 graham crackers, crushed
32 oz cream cheese(905 g), at room temperature
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups sugar(300 g)
15 oz pumpkin puree(425 g), 1 can
■CRUMBLE TOPPING
½ cup butter(115 g)
1 cup flour(125 g)
½ cup brown sugar(110 g)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed graham crackers. Stir until the mixture develops a wet sand texture.
2. Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan with the graham cracker mixture and spread evenly. Chill.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Stir until mixture is smooth.
4. Spread half of the cheesecake batter into the chilled baking pan, smoothing the top, and freeze.
5. Preheat the oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
6. Add the pumpkin puree to the remaining cheesecake batter and stir until incorporated.
7. Spoon the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over frozen cheesecake mixture and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Make the crumb topping: in a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture develops a wet sand texture.
10. Top the cheesecake with the crumble topping and bake for another 25 minutes.
11. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature. For best results refrigerate overnight once completely cooled, then slice and serve.

材料:
薄力粉(打ち粉用) 30g
冷凍パイシート 2枚
卵 1個
水 大さじ1
■いちごクリームパイ
クリームチーズ(常温) 55g
砂糖 大さじ1
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
いちご(みじん切り) 4個
■ミックスベリーパイ
ラズベリー 40g
ブルーベリー 35g
砂糖 大さじ1
レモン汁 大さじ1/2
レモンの皮 小さじ1/2
■チョコバナナパイ
チョコレートスプレッド 75g
バナナ(スライス) 1本
■アップルパイ
青りんご(スライス) 1/2個
ブラウンシュガー 大さじ1
シナモン 小さじ1/8
■トッピング用クリーム
粉砂糖(ふるっておく) 120g
牛乳 大さじ1
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1/4
作り方:
1. 作業台の上に軽く薄力粉をまぶし、冷凍パイシートを23x30cmの長方形になるまで綿棒で伸ばす。パイシート1枚を3回折り畳み、折り線で8つの長方形を作る。クッキングシートを敷いた天板に載せる。
2. いちごクリームパイのフィリングを作る。小さめのボウルにクリームチーズ、砂糖、バニラエクストラクトを入れて混ぜる。
3. ミックスベリーパイのフィリングを作る。小さめのボウルにラズベリーを入れてフォークでつぶす。ブルーベリー、レモン汁、砂糖、レモンの皮を加えてよく混ぜる。
4. (3)をパイシートの長方形2つの真ん中に載せる。
5. 3つ目と4つ目の長方形にチョコレートスプレッドを塗り、バナナのスライスを載せる。
6. 5つ目と6つ目の長方形に(2)を塗り、いちごを載せる。
7. 7つ目と8つ目の長方形にはりんごのスライスを並べ、シナモンとブラウンシュガーを振りかける。
8. オーブンを200˚Cに予熱しておく。
9. パイに塗る卵液を作る。小さめのボウルに卵と水を混ぜ合わせる。刷毛でパイ生地の折線に沿って塗る。もう2枚目のパイシートを上から被せ、折線に沿ってフィリングの周りの生地を押す。
10. ピザカッター、または包丁で折線に沿って切る。縁にフォークを押し付けて真ん中に穴を3-4ヶ所開ける。表面に卵液を塗る。
11. オーブンで25分焼く。焼き色がついたら取り出し、5分冷ます。
12. トッピング用のクリームを作る。ボウルに粉砂糖、牛乳、バニラエクストラクトを入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
13. クリームを絞り袋に入れる。パイの表面をクリームでデコレーションしたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup all-purpose flour (30 g), for dusting
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed if frozen
1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water or milk
GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar (120 g), sifted
1 tablespoon milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
STRAWBERRIES ‘N’ CREAM FILLING
¼ cup cream cheese (55 g), softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 strawberries, stemmed and diced
VERY BERRY FILLING
⅓ cup raspberry (40 g)
⅓ cup blueberry (35 g)
1 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
CHOCOLATE BANANA FILLING
¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (75 g)
1 banana, sliced
APPLE PIE FILLING
½ green apple, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets to 9x12-inch (23x30-cm) rectangles. Set one pastry sheet aside and fold the other in half lengthwise, then in half crosswise twice, to form creases for 8 pockets. Unfold the pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet.
2. Make the Strawberries ‘n’ Cream filling: In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
3. Make the Very Berry filling: In a small bowl, mash the raspberries, then add the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix with a fork.
4. Spoon the berry mixture over the center of 2 of the 8 rectangles.
5. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate hazelnut spread over the center of 2 more rectangles, then top with the banana slices.
6. Use a spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture in the center of 2 more rectangles, then top with the strawberries.
7. Place apples slices in the center of the remaining 2 rectangles, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
8. Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
9. Brush the egg wash over the pastry around the edges and between each filling, then top with the remaining puff pastry sheet. Use your fingers to press the pastry down around each filling. Once tightly pressed, use a pizza cutter or knife to cut out each pocket.
10. Seal the outside edges with a fork. Poke the top of each pocket with a fork 3-4 times to ventilate. Brush the tops with egg wash.
11. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
12. Make the glaze: In a medium bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and thick.
13. Remove the pockets from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Decorate with the glaze, then serve immediately, or wrap in wax paper and freeze for up to a week. Reheat in the toaster oven.

ラタトゥイユ・ラザニア
12人分
材料:
■トマトソース
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
玉ねぎ(みじん切り) 1個
パプリカ(みじん切り) 3個
にんにく(みじん切り) 4片
なす(みじん切り) 455g
ズッキーニ(みじん切り) 中2本
かぼちゃ(みじん切り) 中2本
トマトペースト 340g
オレガノ 大さじ1
タイム 大さじ1
カットトマト 795g
■チーズソース
リコッタチーズ 850g
細切りモッツァレラチーズ 100g
バジル(刻んでおく) 10g
パセリ(刻んでおく) 20g
卵 1個
■スライス野菜
なす(スライス) 2本
ズッキーニ(スライス) 2本
かぼちゃ(スライス) 2本
ローマトマト(スライス) 6個
にんにく(みじん切り) 2片
タイム 大さじ1
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
ラザニア 8枚
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
作り方:
1. オーブンを200°Cに予熱しておく。
2. トマトソースを作る。中火でフライパンを熱してオリーブ油をひく。玉ねぎ、パプリカ、にんにく、塩、コショウ を入れて炒める。
3. なす(みじん切り)、ズッキーニー(みじん切り)、かぼちゃ(みじん切り)、トマトペースト、オレガノ、タイムを加える。塩コショウで味を整え、焼き色がつくまで炒める。
4. カットトマトを入れ、弱火で30分ほど煮る。
5. チーズソースを作る。大きめのボウルにリコッタチーズ、モッツァレラチーズ、バジル、パセリ、塩、コショウ 、卵を入れて混ぜる。
6. スライス野菜を準備する。ボウルになす(スライス)、ズッキーニー(スライス)、、かぼちゃ(スライス)、ローマトマト(スライス)、にんにく、タイム、オリーブオイル、塩、コショウ を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
7. 大きさ23x33cmの耐熱皿にトマトソースを敷き詰める。ラザニアを4枚のせてチーズソースを塗る。 その上にスライス野菜を並べる。もう一度、トマトソース、ラザニア、チーズソース、野菜スライスの順で重ねる。
8. オーブンで30分焼く。表面に焼き色がついたら取り出す。切ってさらに盛り付けたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 yellow onion, diced
3 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced, divided
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 lb eggplant(455 g), cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
2 yellow squashes, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
2 medium zucchinis, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
12 oz tomato paste(340 g)
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
28 oz diced tomato(795 g)
30 oz ricotta cheese(850 g)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(100 g)
¼ cup fresh basil(10 g), chopped
½ cup fresh parsley(20 g), chopped
1 egg
2 japanese eggplants, thinly sliced
2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
2 yellow squashes, thinly sliced
6 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
lasagna noodle, cooked
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Once warmed, add the onion, bell peppers, 4 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized.
3. Add the eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, tomato paste, dried oregano, and 1 tablespoon of thyme, and more salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the tomato paste deepens in color and starts to stick to the bottom.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook on low for at least 30 minutes. Set aside to prepare the rest of the lasagna layers.
5. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, basil, parsley, salt, pepper and egg. Set aside.
6. To a bowl, add the sliced Japanese eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, Roma tomatoes, garlic, 1 tablespoon thyme, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons olive oil, and gently toss to combine.
7. In a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) glass baking pan, add a layer of the ratatouille to the bottom. Top with lasagna noodles, and spread a layer of the ricotta mixture, then shingle alternating slices of the marinated vegetables. Repeat with another layer of ratatouille, noodles, ricotta, and on the top shingle the vegetables.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese and sauce are bubbling slightly and the sliced vegetables on top have browned to your liking.
9. Slice and serve.
