Ingredients:
500g bread flour
15g cane sugar
15g olive oil
4g salt
260 - 300g water
5g dried yeast
Instructions:
1. combine water and dried yeast. wait for a few mins.
2. put all the ingredients together in a bowl. knead well.
3. let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
4. divide the dough into 6 pieces.
5. roll out the dough until it reaches 4mm thick and 20cm in diameter.
6. cook on a frying pan on medium heat. 1 - 2 minutes each side.

「材料」
強力粉 500g
きび砂糖 15g
オリーブオイル 15g
塩 4g
水（ぬるま湯） 260〜300g
ドライイースト 5g
「作り方」
１、ドライイーストと水を合わせ、数分間置いておきます。
２、全ての材料をボウルなどに入れ、よく捏ねます。
３、二倍に膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
４、生地を６等分します。
５、厚さ4mm直径20cmくらいになるまでのばします。
６、フライパンなどで中火で片面1〜2分ほど焼きます。
