There are others that might be better or worse which are outside of this original Repertoire, or I might have forgotten which is always possible 🙆. I am sure I haven't tried all of them, but they would be based on these recipes somehow as it's been selling for at least 60 Years since Guangzhou 廣州 > Hong Kong 香港 days, but somehow skipped thru Macau side 🎉🎉 So don't ask me where else is good coz some do them still, apart from the above, and suddenly if they try to revive an old recipe it pops up out of nowhere, but here is one of my favorites over the past decades 😂😂😎

【レンジ焼きうどん】
今日はレンジで簡単に作れる『レンジ焼きうどん』を作りました!焼いていないのに、知らなかったら気づかないレベルで美味しいです。
しっかり水分が飛んで焼いたみたいで味もしっかり決まっています!!!味付けも調味料2つだけで超簡単!!

豚バラ肉 50g
キャベツ 30g

【Yaki udon made in the microwave】
Today, I made "Yaki udon made in the microwave" that can be easily made with a microwave oven! Even though it's not baked, it's delicious at a level that you wouldn't notice if you didn't know it.
It looks like it's been baked with the water dripping, and the taste is well decided! !! !! Seasoning is super easy with just two seasonings! !!

【豚ニラ玉豆腐】
今日は、調味料1つだけで包丁まな板いらずなのにご飯がめっちゃ進む美味しい一品『豚ニラ玉豆腐』を作りました!
手抜きで超簡単レシピなのに、とっても美味しいので頻繁に食べたくなる大好きな一品です。
豚バラとニラと卵と豆腐という組み合わせもスタミナ満点で最強ですし、オイスターソース一つだけでめっちゃ美味しく味が決まるのでホントおすすめ!!
途中でごま油やブラックペッパーで味変しても美味しいです。ぜひとも面倒な日のレパートリー入りしていただけると嬉しいです!!
〈材料〉1〜2人分
豚バラ肉 100g
木綿豆腐 150g
ニラ 1/2束
卵 2個

【Pork Chinese Chives Tofu】
Today, I made a delicious dish, "Pork Chinese Chives Tofu," which uses only one seasoning and does not require a kitchen knife cutting board, but the rice goes really well!
It's a super-easy recipe, but it's so delicious that you'll want to eat it often.
The combination of pork rose, garlic chives, eggs and tofu is also the strongest with full stamina, and it is really recommended because the taste is really delicious with just one oyster sauce! !!

Cinnabar Rouge, a second self-produced studio album, where Janet pays tribute to a genre that earned her title as Malaysia’s Shanghai Jazz Queen in this 12-track CD. Candidly claimed as a ‘Shanghai Jazz Fantasy Project’, the album carries ten covers and two original compositions by Tay Cher Siang with lyrics by Chiew Ruoh Peng – of three languages in the repertoire: Mandarin, Malay and French. The music director is Tay Cher Siang, jazz pianist, arranger, composer and band leader of WVC - Malaysia Jazz Ensemble. Janet worked with three renowned artistes and producers on vocal production, namely Winnie Ho, Isabell Jia Jia and Xie Songfan.
The music arrangements cover swing, ballad, retro and R&B – showing off Janet’s growing finesse in her musicality and vocals. This exquisitely designed album by Kongsi Design is both a visual and aural feast. The album includes a full color 80-page hardcover photo book that features images shot artfully by concept photographer Shah Azman, and features bilingual poems by poet Chiew Ruoh Peng.
