自己回覆心得好了
Action Fitness- 儲值卡工本費200,一分鐘1元, 入場最少要儲到30元, 但不能轉讓,
會照相並用卡認人.
養肌場-以場地大小來說, 我覺得算不錯.單次200. 十次儲值卡1500, 有效期三個月
沒wifi
Soul Fitness覺醒健身- 地下室通風不佳, 晚上才開冷氣我還早上去... 單次200
沒飲水機
之後應該會去action fitness或養肌場 並且挑冷門時段

我是2016~2017聖誕假期到一月初回台灣去雙和會館一次. 做硬舉被指導不要出聲音
之後就沒去了, 以機率來說, 那之後想看到我應該不可能,版友不用費心
健身吹冷氣跟感冒相關性,我不知道,但我知道通風跟HVAC的關聯.
熱交換和質傳我知道一些, 可以跟我交流.
