午安啊各位美女~今天又是新的一天,該是來挑戰自我的時候了!
很多人私訊問我怎麼從乾癟的三比八變到現在的身材。
除非我們把自己逼向極致,我們的身體及心靈不會在舒適的環境下就達到目標(我的現在也還未到達我的目標)
因此,不要怕自己現在是不是訓練量太多、推太重或是攝取太多蛋白質。
我幾乎一週訓練五天以上,一直往上加重量做肌肥大突破,每天攝取非常多好的原型食物。
對於事情的強度可以證明對它的積極以及妳多想達成🔥如果妳喜歡現在正在做的事情,一定要猛烈地燃燒!讓自己對這件事癡狂,不要停下來想會不會變太壯、吃太多、別人的眼光⋯想好了就勇往直前。會阻擋自己的只有你自己,不是旁邊的人也不是誰。
唯一征服自己、自我疑惑、不安全感及極限的方法就是點燃那種心中的烈火🔥然後讓他一直燃燒
