本文內容：甚麼是Startup 公司／五大應具備的條件／投資新創企業

相信大家都有想過會創業，不論是大型的創業或是小型的店舖、網站，這些都是創業，就如我們都是創業者之一。 今天想分享兩樣東西，第一，創業應具備什麼條件；第二，很多上市的公司都是startup初創公司，我們在投資這類型公司可以怎樣呢。

甚麼是Startup 公司
Startup Company 是指新創的公司，這類公司一般是新建的，處於開發的階段，不限於只是創業板、IPO的公司， 為人所熟悉的大型新創公司如Google，Apple，Facebook，Amazon等等。 一般創業，一年內就倒閉的機率高達90%，而存活下來的10%中，又有90%會在五年內倒閉。也就是說，能撐過前五年的，只有1%，前五年陣亡率高達 99%。而我們的公司便是那撐過前五年的1%，全賴有大家的支持。

五大應具備的條件
1）想法
其實在創業之前，當然要知道為什麼要創業。成功的創業者會發現世界上存在一個很久沒人去處理的問題需要去解決，同時自己又對那個問題充滿了很多想法和熱情，便會衍生出創業的念頭。而我在創業前都一樣，很看不過眼媒體的評論往往都說不中重點，出現很多盲點 ， 什麼裂口一定要補，黃金交叉一定要買，死亡交叉一定要沽。這些理論都充滿著盲點，令到很多人都會輸掉金錢。因此我們創立了齒輪理論，以及推出多套教學分享。

2) 團隊
公司的團隊十分重要，因為一個人不可能做完所有的事情，每人的強項都不一樣，要是單靠一人力量來完成所有的事項，並不能將公司再擴大。

3) 人脈網絡
沒有網絡所有的事情都會等於"零" ，正所謂「出外靠朋友」 ，當然都要帶眼識人，所以網絡對創業很重要。

4) 簡單比複雜好 從 Apple，Google 到現在Facebook的成功，都告訴我們需要的是簡單而易用，快速上手。

5)互動比宣傳好
因為社交媒體最大的特色就是在於分享，這個策略可能是雙贏的。

以上五項條件都對大家創業或者投資初創的公司有幫助，很多新創立的公司，例如內地開創的公司都未必全部都能夠成功的。

投資新創企業
很多公司在開創的時候都需要大量的資金來營運，而當資金用盡，或是想再擴大發展，都會想被其他大公司收購或是以高估值上市。情況有如正身處困境的Twitter，雖然具備以上五大成功的條件，但卻沒有真正的金錢收入，不同於Facebook和Amazon全部能夠真正賺取金錢。因此Twitter需要尋找其他企業來收購，最近更＊傳Disney會收購Twitter，馬雲收購買螞蟻金服、騰訊收購supercell情況一樣。因此不能單靠理念維持公司的營運，要實質賺取金錢。避免重滔在科網泡沫時代，很多被稱為「.com」的公司最終都投資失敗的覆轍。
