- Maintain accurate stock records and file all supporting documents
- Monitor all relevant procedures are properly followed
- Report to the General Manager
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by General Manager
- Handle the general administration and reception function
- Responsible for general clerical and coordinating team events

★Sales Executive

Base salary + commission

Job Descriptions:
- Handle customers' enquiries, provide class information with Customer Service Department, show good service to the customers;
- Follow Sales S.O.P.;
- Prepare sales reports, analysis and sales forecast;
- Assist Director in various kinds of sales-related programs and meet sales targets;
- Business trip to is required;
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Positive thinking, Independent, aggressive, Good communication
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Working day: 5 days work
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediately availability would be a definite advantage
