Malam ini, saya mendapat inspirasi daripada @_chefwan58 . Melihatnya memasak kangkung pada hari itu dan benar-benar mahu membuat versi saya sendiri. Gabungan segalanya .. Gaya Satu Malaysia, malah pakaian kami.

Chef, kangkung anda mesti sangat sedap. Bila anda belanja kami? Hahaha.

Bahan-bahan:
. Kangkung
. bawang putih
. bawang
. Sos taucu
. kicap soya
. sos tiram
. potong cili padi
. lada putih
. memasak wain beras (pilihan)
. minyak

Saya masih ingat Kangkung adalah sayur yang mahal di Kanada. Kawan-kawan Taiwan sangat menyukai Kangkung. Mereka menyebutnya "macaroni veggie" (terjemahan langsung dari Google, LOL) aka Tong Xin Cai atau selada air Cina. Oleh itu, saya membeli sekali sekala dan dimasak dengan sambal belacan dan ikan bilis. OH kawan-kawan saya suka sangant resipi saya. Itu adalah sayur yang memanjakan. Kami bernasib baik kerana mempunyai banyak di sini.

Tonight, I am inspired by @_ChefWan58 . Saw him cooking kangkung that day and really want to do my own version. A mix of everything.. One Malaysia style, even our outfits.

Chef, yours must be super sedap. When u belanja us? Hahaha.

Ingredients :
. Kangkung
. chopped garlic
. cut onions
. Taucu sauce
. soya sauce
. oyster sauce
. cut Chili padi
. white pepper
. cooking rice wine(optional)
. oil

I still remember Kangkung is an expensive vegetable in Canada. Taiwanese loves Kangkung. They called it "macaroni veggie" (direct translation from Google, LOL) aka Tong Xin Cai or Chinese watercress. So I bought once in a while and cooked with sambal belacan and ikan bilis. OH I tell u they love the recipe. It was an indulgence vegetable! We are lucky to have plenty in Malaysia kan!

Today,I ate using only cheese with Kraft ( Kraft Heinz Foods Inc ) Velveeta Cheesy Skillets ( dinner with the Liquid Gold of VELVEETA ) and Minced meat ( Ground meat, meat that has been minced ) with milk to make a recipe called " One-Pot Creamy Beef Stroganoff " ( a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce ) that looks like pasta & Macaroni ( staple food of traditional Italian cuisine ), with 1Kg of soup, All that exceed 4Kg of pure weight, and thanks to the viewer for this precious gift . it was so delicious and tasty in unique way and easy in how to make , Never forget that with just a really simple ingredients ！！！

In this video, I am demonstrating how to make Mac and Cheese. But why Mac and Cheese it is so basic and simple? The reason is that I used a special ingredient that I have never seen or heard before called Mac and Cheese Seasoning. I was so eager to know if it really was better than the boxed Mac and Cheese. Their catalog claims it to be.

It turned out very creamy and delicious - perfect for a cold and rainy day and it was made all in one pot. I hope you can tell from the video that it really does look different than the boxed Mac and Cheese.
