TO ALL JIMMY MOORE MINIONS THAT SEE THIS AND REPORT TO HIM: We welcome you here with open arms.
You have been conned for long enough. Put aside all your biases toward Jimmy and how nice or funny or fun-loving he is, and keep in mind he is influencing people that are STRUGGLING with weight loss. Look at Jimmy ten years ago, and then within the last three years, and look at him now. Is that the progress you want for yourself?
This is the result of more fat more fat more fat, more "fasting", less protein, and no tracking of calories, and now apparently no weight-related new years resolutions.
Years ago Jimmy was one of the first low carb influencers, and look how great he looks back in 2005. TOTALLY deserving.
All he is doing now is trash talking people that say anything bad about keto buzzwords, fasting, insulin, hormones, and deflecting when calories or increasing protein is brought up. A picture is worth 1000 words.
For example, spend just two minutes on the KETOGAINS community page (the leadership of which got banned from speaking at Jimmy's cruise for posting a high protein meme) to see that THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE. Look at all the people getting insanely awesome results. It won't take long and you will be hard-pressed to find people that get fatter using the Ketogains protocol.
SHY AWAY from the Jimmy Moore sister groups - we need an official list of these or something Richard Nikoley so we can start calling them out, too. Usually you can tell who these people are because they will use the term "CICOpath"... Jimmy called for a blanket banning of anyone in this group months ago and I know I got banned from the Ketovangelist groups (Ketogenic Athelete as well - banned for no reason) so that's bad. If you guys are aware of any other sister pages (there are several I am sure) that blindly follow Jimmy and do his bidding such as banning people here, please share them below.
