大部分人都不是兩手俱利 ambidextrous,無法如雙撇子般左右開弓。慣用手使用更頻密,生活習慣日積月累,容易形成強手益強、弱手恆弱的情況。外觀上見諸於大細胸、粗幼手,如左右肌力輸出相差太多,更有機會造成運動傷害
今集 #與區議員居家運動 ,我們與石塘咀區議員葉錦龍一起示範的,正是協助糾正肌力不均的單邊推胸練習。 影片展示的動作,全部是無需特別器材的自體重訓練 Bodyweight Training。 入門至初中階皆適宜,總共分成四種難度:
Level 1: Knee Archer Push-up 弓箭手膝上壓
Level 2: Archer Push-up 弓箭手掌上壓
Level 3: Posted Push-up 按牆/持柱掌上壓
Level 4: Single Arm Push-up 單手掌上壓
為確保出力及外觀平均,訓練建議係選擇單邊能做 10 次的程度,較強的慣用手做最少三組,弱手要比強手多做一組。隔日進行訓練,使肌肉有足夠機會恢復及成長
這套模式,除了用於肌膨大及肌力平衡,亦可以透過這方法,隨著技巧熟習,慢慢增加中低難度的次數,打好根基,以利進階至更高難度的動作
