💓The stage play debuts at Symphony Theatre on 26 September, stars Jessie Chung, Marcus Choot, Lily Lim, Paul Lee, John Lee and Jessica Chung, and is directed by Director Jeffrey Beh and Assistant Director Terry Lim. Jeffrey Beh, Terry Lim, Paul Lee and John Lee all majored in performing arts and music.

💞After co-starring in “Moonlight” and “Music Box”, what kind of chemistry will Jessie Chung and Marcus Choot create this time? What’s more, American heartthrob brothers John and Paul Lee will also join forces in this stage play. Jessie Chung is an international recording artist and actress based in Australia, currently under the management of Future Entertainment & Music Group. True to her multitalented status, she is also a doctor of medicine in oncology, naturopathic doctor (US), certified nutritional consultant (US), homeopathic doctor, certified iridologist, biotech researcher, accomplished entrepreneur, author, martial arts coach, and philanthropist from Malaysia. Besides holding a doctor of medicine degree (M.D.) in Clinical Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine—Oncology from Guangzhou University of TCM, China, she also possesses a Master of Business Administration from The University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Oriental Medical Institute, Hawaii, USA. In recent years, she was the only naturopathic oncologist selected as one of the Hummingbird Cancer Centre leading members to head their natural therapy department. Her passion for music was evident at a young age as she racked up numerous singing competition awards. In junior high school, Jessie was the only youth representative in the entire district selected to sing at the National Day Celebration. She then proceeded to perform on many TV programmes in subsequent years. 【#耳擴系統評測】Aroma Audio A100、Power Station 100 Pro – 通吃 2.5 / 3.5 / 4.4

以便攜耳放來說，A100 的輸出相當高，不少頭戴式耳筒都能輕鬆應付，只是同樣有輕微底噪問題，不過在配合適當的增益下，問題不算大。此外由於 A100 屬前後級的架構，不像一般人全平衡線路的概念，在 3.5mm 輸入下，經過線路轉換也能變成平衡輸出，刻意追求全平衡佈局的人可能會介意，不過對於部分訊源未有平衡輸出的用家，是件好事，同時聲音表現也有說服力。筆者以Astell&Kern SP1000SS作訊源，以A100作放大，耳機方面則有Aroma Thunder乾、Sony MDR-M1ST、Final A8000，幾款耳機都使用2.5mm或4.4mm平衡輸出，而一般都在Low Gain下已足夠應付，SP1000 SS Line-out也只需設定在最低的 1.4V 輸出就足夠。

Maguro means Tuna, Zuke means to marinate, and Don is short for Donburi which means rice bowl. Marinated fresh Sashimi-grade tuna served on a rice bowl. Quick yet delicious!

You can of course use Salmon, scallop, or any other Sashimi-grade fish instead! Enjoy :)

Maguro Zuke Don (Marinated Tuna Fish Rice Bowl)

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 1

Ingredients:
90g (3.2oz) Sashimi Grade Yellowfin Ahi Tuna
1/2 tbsp. Sake
1/2 tbsp. Mirin (sweet Sake)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Wasabi if you like
1 bowl of rice
Kizaminori (shredded Nori sheet)
green onions and/or Shiso leaf
toasted white sesame seeds

Directions:
1. In a small pot, boil down Sake and Mirin to reduce the alcohol content.
2. Add soy sauce and Wasabi, then mix well. (Wasabi will be not spicy if you mix and leave for a while, so kids can eat it with only nice Wasabi aroma.)
3. Marinate tuna Sashimi and put in the fridge for about 10 minutes. (Do not marinate too long or tuna will be salty.)
4. Meanwhile, put rice in a rice bowl and leave to cool. (Cold rice is better because it won't warm up the fish.)
5. Put Kizaminori on the rice, arrange Tuna sashimi, garnish with green onions or Shiso leaves, and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds. You can place a bit of fresh Wasabi on top if you like.

スキレット鍋で作るアヒージョ。熱々のカマンベールチーズとマッシュルームが絶品のおつまみレシピです♫
加熱するだけでできるのでとってもお手軽ですよ。ぜひ作ってみてくださいね♫

チーズアヒージョ
２人分

材料：
カマンベールチーズ　100g/1個
オリーブオイル　100g
にんにく(みじん切り)　2片
塩　小さじ¼
マッシュルーム　6個
生ハム（粗みじん切り）　2枚
粗挽きコショウ　適量
パセリ　適量

作り方：
1.マッシュルームは軸をくりぬいて、生ハムを詰め、粗挽きコショウをふりかける。

2.カマンベールチーズは、放射状に切り込みを入れる。

3.スキレットに、オリーブオイル、にんにく、塩を入れて中火で加熱する。

4.にんにくの香りが立ったら、(1)と(2)を入れる。マッシュルームに火が通るまで加熱し、パセリを散らしたら、完成！

Servings: 2 people

INGREDIENTS
100g Camembert cheese
100g Olive oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
6 Mushrooms
2 Slices Prosciutto (Chopped)
Ground pepper
Parsley

PREPARATION
1. Hollow out the mushrooms, stuffed them with prosciutto and sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.

2. Make radial cuts in Camembert cheese.

3. Add olive oil, garlic and salt to a skillet and heat over medium heat.

4. When the garlic starts to release its aroma, add (1) and (2). Heat until the mushrooms are cooked, sprinkle with parsley, and you're done!

5. Enjoy!
