非常榮幸被邀請成為今年TEDTalk 香港系列speaker 之一，今次我將會分享「選擇與取捨」。在「取得」前，要「進取」;説捨，卻是「斷捨離」的「捨」。第一次踏上國際級的舞台，希望透過短短十多分鐘的演講我也能夠將這正面的訊息帶給大家。

司徒兆殷：追尋所求的感悟是「取捨」
「取捨」，好像不是人生勝利組的常用字，卻是司徒兆殷（Leanne）在她人生路上的重要感悟。香港三項鐵人代表隊成員，獲演藝學院取錄的教練級芭蕾舞造詣，更懂得素描、鋼琴等各種技藝；剛畢業的她還剛剛開始了飛機工程師的事業。光是其中一項，他人看來已是難以企及，司徒兆殷卻「集齊全套」，擁有百般技藝的她，所取的是什麼，所捨的又是什麼？

Leanne Szeto: What I learnt from chasing my dreams: I let go
The accomplished are not known for “letting go”. But for Leanne, letting go is something she’s come to appreciate. Apart from being Hong Kong’s representative in the Iron Man competition, Leanne, was also previously selected into the Academy of Performing Arts instructor program for ballet. A polymath, Leanne is also adept at illustration, piano and various other arts. After she graduated from university in Australia, she became an aircraft engineer. From afar, Leanne’s achievements may seem unattainable -- which interests should she keep and what could she give up?
In order to accomplish, one has to charge ahead. The giving up that Leanne refers to is the act of letting go of one’s challenges. For Leanne, letting go is actually about focusing on the goal. In life, one always has to have a clear goal and shoot for it. After achieving the goal, no matter how important it is, one also as to let it go and move on.
