France and Austria reopen bars and restaurants as lockdowns ease

From Wednesday, groups of up to six people are allowed to eat together at outdoor restaurant terraces.

Austria has also allowed restaurants, cinemas and theatres to open for the first time in six months.

Customers with a Green Pass showing a negative test, vaccinations or recovery from an infection will now be able to take advantage of Austria's new rules.

Also, EU ambassadors have backed proposals to reopen borders for non-essential travel from countries with low infection rates, with a list to be agreed this week.

EU envoys have also recommended that non-essential travel should be allowed from outside the EU for people who have been fully vaccinated. However, they say it should be up to member states to decide on measures they impose, such as Covid tests or quarantine.
歐盟特使還建議，針對已經完全接種疫苗的非歐盟國人員，開放非必要的旅行。但是他們說應該由成員國決定要實行什麼措施，例如新冠檢測或是隔離。

The EU currently only recommends non-essential travel from a small number of countries, including Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand and Israel.
目前歐盟只有建議與少數國家進行非必要旅行，包含澳洲、紐西蘭、南韓、泰國以及以色列。

Guess what ? My first match was 2years ago bfr covid19, gosh....., I miss this environment, as we are slowly getting back to our regular life I hope the world recovers soon and we all get back to what we’re familiar with, “LIVING LIFE”.. I don’t know how we’re able to do this over here in Western Australia. But I believe it depends on how fast and quick we contain the virus from spreading. That being, a strong government initiative and leadership as well as the cooperation of the people, do whatever it takes to get society back to normal, our freedom depends on it. Anyway I Can’t wait for the world to open their borders.

[WHERE ARE THE ASIAN BORDERS? (PART 2: EUROPE)]

Asia is the largest and most populous continent in the world. From the physical extremes to the cultural, it's a continent that has shown tremendous diversity from one end to the other.

But what exactly counts as Asia? Where are the Asian borders?

This video is part two of a three part series.

In part one, we covered the specific Asian borders following the coastal regions from the Tumen River between North Korea & Russia to the Suez Canal in Egypt.

In between, we went over Japan's Bonin (Ogasawara) Islands, the Malay Archipelago, Indonesia's border with Papua New Guinea, the Wallace Line, the Weber Line, Asian continental shelf, the Middle East, Yemen's Socotra Archipelago, Afro-Eurasia and Egypt's border.

In part two, we cover the most controversial Asian border section of Europe starting from Egypt, through Lebanon, Syria, Cyprus, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia. We end on the eastern side of Russia (Siberia) bordering North America, which is where part three will commence.

Many feel Asian and Europe shouldn't have been separate continents to start with, as there isn't a clear physical geographical divide between the two. In fact, a few countries teach the continent of Eurasia as a result. This made this video particularly challenging as nothing is definitive and is all open to interpretation.
