三招提升精子質量
要成功懷孕,精子必須在形態、數量、活躍度及精液容量四方面都合格,才容易令女方成孕。提到精子質量問題,不少男生大都誤以為食鹿鞭、海狗丸可以壯陽,從中醫角度來看,其實不良生活與飲食習慣對精子質量影響最大,例如晚睡熬夜引致陰虛火旺,常食肥甘厚味及煎炸食物、吸煙飲酒引致痰濕、濕熱體質,工作壓力大以致氣血運行不暢等,胡亂進補反而適得其反,正確方法是按體質調理身體,才能提升精子質量。
1. 注意飲食作息
每日有足夠休息,避免熬夜,飲食清淡,少吃生冷、煎炸肥膩、即食食物,戒煙戒酒,按體質做適量運動,有助改善氣血及減壓。
2. 調理體質

3. 房事有節
行房過密會減低精蟲數量,但行房太疏又會降低精蟲的活躍能力,建議一星期兩至三次,排卵期間隔日1次,可以保持精子的質素及活躍度,亦要留意行房後有沒有過份疲勞、不斷流汗、頭暈頭痛、腰酸耳鳴等症狀而作自我調節。

葛花菊花茶
功效:清熱解酒,紓緩酒後目赤口渴、頭痛欲吐、因晚睡引致的肝火上炎等症狀。
材料:葛花、菊花各少許
做法:材料洗淨放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗約5-8分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
注意:此茶寒涼,身體無偏熱症狀者不宜飲用。
