2003年には、シリーズ初のフルモデルチェンジが行われた[4]。軽量化を中心に、 フューエル・インジェクション、イモビライザーなどが採用 され、収納スペースも大型化され、海外輸出も開始された。同年の鈴鹿8時間耐久ロード レースに参戦し、無事完走を成し遂げた。

2004年には、前年に参戦した鈴鹿8耐仕様のCB1300RがDREAM店100台 限定で発売される事になった。その年に開催されたドイツのモーターサイクルショーでA BSの搭載されたモデルが発表され、その後日本の雑誌に掲載された。

2005年にはマイナーチェンジが行われ、ハーフカウルを装備したSuper Bold'or（スーパーボルドール）がラインナップに加わり、スーパーフォア、スー パーボルドール共にABSモデルも加わった[5]。この年もYAMAMOTOレーシン グが鈴鹿8耐に参戦し、クラス優勝で完走。
