端午節愉快🐲

好像在以往的端午節都在旅行中渡過
端午節的假期正好是潛水開始的潛季
可以約上潛伴們一起去旅行順便潛水
這兩年的狀況確實不允許啊～～～

在以前剛出社會的前後
幾乎把所有的時間都放在工作中渡過
就連過年以及任何的假期
通通都奉獻給最愛的工作

那時候在因緣際會下做了一個有點小衝動的選擇
就是選擇了創業開公司
就更沒日沒夜的工作以及保持好社交與人脈的建立
跑扶輪社、報考EMBA….
幾乎花了所有時間在這上面
相對的那時候身體健康狀況就不是很好
過度疲乏讓自己身體的健康很不好

一到自己覺得疲憊的時候就往國外飛
所以每個月總是會留一些時間讓自己可以出國放空

到了25歲過後
遇到了幾段不太順利的感情
開始停下腳步去思考自己人生的意義是什麼？

發現其實有很多值得的事物等著你去做
哪怕買束鮮花在家裡做裝飾
哪怕開啟任何運動的新技能
都會對你的人生有不一樣的點綴

後來我開始嘗試重量訓練、瑜伽、潛水、羽毛球
把自己練成一個金剛芭比🤣
工作之外其實可以做很多事情讓生活品質提升

期許2021年的下半場
我們都可以過得更好
