【訊息】《紐約時報》2014年度繪本（The New York Times Book Review Reveals 10 Best Illustrated Children's Books of 2014）
從1952年起，「時報書評」每年召集一個獨立評委會，從藝術價值角度挑選繪本 。獲勝者是從數千本繪本中所挑出來的。今年的評委是詹妮弗．M．布朗（Jennifer M. Brown）、布萊恩．弗洛卡（Brian Floca）和傑里．平克尼（Jerry Pinkney）。布朗是紐約市班克街教育學院（Bank Street College of Education） 兒童文學中心的主任。

8.“Harlem Hellfighters” written by J. Patrick Lewis, illustrated by Gary Kelley (Creative Editions)
9.“Here Is the Baby,” written by Polly Kanevsky, illustrated by Taeeyun Yoo (Schwartz & Wade)
10.“The Pilot and the Little Prince: The Life of Antione de Saint-Exupery,” written and illustrated by Peter Sis (Frances Foster Books/Farrar, Straus and Giroux)
