In China, they make a 30% profit on the products they sell; just for comparison, Consultants in the US make 50% profit. China NSDs are also only paid up to their 3rd line offspring, where as in the US, we’re paid up to our 4th line and beyond.

Our compensation plan is so much richer in the US than in China, but the Chinese government only allows them to make the 30% profit.

When we met for dinner, Man Man said, “because of Mary Kay, all of my dreams have come true.” 😍💗 She was so curious to know how I do things in the US and how to bring skincare parties to China (they run their businesses so differently!). She has a little boy, so we bonded over our love for our sons (she even brought me a gift for Luke - an Avengers shield!) 💙
