Lots of people DM me and ask about how long does it take and how do I train it? I’ll answer it all here^^
Well, because of the bad workout experience I had few years back, I decided this time I will take it slow.
So I’ve spend 6 months to slowly build it. It’s started at December 2019, I started to hit the gym to bulk up my body, then start to change my diet in march, starting to cut down and only get the results in May! It’s a long journey, but I totally enjoy it and it’s totally worth it!
I won’t stop here, I’ll still continue in this healthy lifestyle. While I on this journey I learned this one valuable thing I would love to share.

“Getting healthy and fit is not a DESTINATION, it is a WAY OF LIFE”
So whoever out there that’s thinking of getting a healthy lifestyle or a great body. Remember this, it’s not about how fast you will get the result or how soon it will happen.
“What’s come EASY won’t LAST LONG”
So enjoy the process my friends😉👍

Copy and pasted from m6 union...
RED ALERT! This is a call to arms!
DNeg is unilaterally cutting their employees wages by a whopping 20% or more and they are offering no consultation and nothing in return for this sacrifice. They want employees to agree to this cut - and not review it for 12 months - effective from this week!
The only way we can change this is by working together.
The lack of strong union membership at Dneg has emboldened them to make this unprecedented move. But we can change that right now. As a BECTU member, you need to call, email, message your colleagues and sound the alarm. If we don’t deal with this as a united workforce, EVERYONE in London is at risk of huge pay cuts and insecurity for the future.
How long have you heard other people saying they’ve been “thinking” about joining the union but never getting the courage to become a member? Nobody has the luxury of sitting on the fence anymore! If your friends work at Dneg, they MUST join the union now. If they work somewhere else, they too must also join the union now because if Dneg gets away with this, you know every other facility in London is going to follow suit. We are all at risk.
No more excuses! No more burying heads in the sand! Get out there and spread the word! Everyone working in animation and visual effects: JOIN THE UNION RIGHT NOW! The only way we can change this is to come together and stand up for each other.

Please make a commitment to contact as many people as you can to tell them to join today. We are truly at a crisis point and it really is an "all hands on deck" moment.
Thank you for your continued support and committment to the union!

Millenials is the term we use to describe the generation that was born between 1981 and 2000. Unfortunately, even though they are a huge bulk of the labor force, almost all of the employers would describe them as disloyal.
Is this true?
Today, we are going to talk about how to retain Millennial employees, which we in the HR and recruitment industry also call the “Job-Hoppers” Generation.
Statistically, half of the Millennials are actively seeking a new job, or are ready to make a change, and that’s because Millennials don’t want to settle for something that doesn’t fulfill them. Part of that means making sure they’re continuously growing in their careers.
However, we need to boil this approach down to understanding what attracts Millennials to a specific workplace, how to leverage their needs, and how to retain them.
1. Money isn’t a priority.
When it comes to finding a career Millennials love, they are willing to take a pay cut for a better job. Millennials prefer a career that is more aligned with their core values, passion, and improvement of work-life balance.
2. Career growth is a constant necessity.
The number one value for Millennials in their careers is development, which they seek to grow knowledge, experience, and expertise as quickly as possible. They are genuinely motivated growers; also feel like they need to “catch up” for their lost time.
3. Timing is crucial for their careers.
The media likes to roast just about every generation. They throw barbs around, such as: Millennials want to grow their careers quickly and don’t plan on putting in years. Like all exaggerations, that’s true, but the good news is that they’re willing to work hard in their job when they know it’s getting them somewhere, and they feel their employer is committed to growing them. The bad news is that you need to stay on your toes as an employer.
4. Feedback is a reinforcement of their impact.
These are the days of frequent feedback. Set up a weekly or monthly meeting to review projects and make sure everyone is receiving the support and feedback they yearn for to keep growing. This helps them monitor their career growth, but also creates a personal connection to the manager and team.
5. Purpose is a core value.
Millennials yearn to connect to a company’s missions and values. Creating a company and culture that goes beyond financials and invests in teaching employees will make a positive impact, both in the retention the company experiences and the impact its employees make.
