Finally got to try Burger & Lobster the other day, at their brand new outlet at Raffles Hotel. One of my favourite rolls? The Champagne Lobster Roll. ♥️
The lobster meat is mixed with champagne aioli, and then topped with some ebikko. They also serve it with an additional gravy boat of champagne aioli, so that customers can add more if they so prefer.
I also got to try the version with Uni & Caviar, as well as the original, but this was definitely my favourite. It’s only available at the outlet at Raffles Hotel, so if you’d like to try it, that’s the one to go for!
If you’d rather go for red meat instead of lobster, their Smoked BBQ Burger is really good - juicy patty, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, a slice of cheese, 2 cushy buns and a really great BBQ sauce that hits the spot.
Other dishes that knocked it out of the park for me: Marinated Octopus, Lobster Rosti, Laksa Lobster.
You should also really try the “BBQ” Whiskey Sour at their MF Bar - it’s my favourite cocktail on their menu so far! The smoky flavours of that drink make me swoon. 🤤
I hope whoever goes with me to Burger & Lobster next will offer to split the Champagne Lobster Roll ($40++) and the Smoked BBQ Burger ($23++) with me, because I wouldn’t know which to have if I could only pick one! 😅
