Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
- At Least 1-2 years of Senior HR working experience
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Have your own laptop is a must
- Having a broad networking skill is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Determine current staffing needs
- Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. Github, Behance) - Advertise jobs internally and externally
- Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
- Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans (if any)
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances (if any)
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
- Track key recruiting KPIs, including time to fill and source of hire
- Prepare the job offer letter and agreements for candidates
- Calculate the Monthly salary of the employees (MST)
- Handle the company’s monthly grocery needs
