*** Sharing My Gift 分享我的禮物 ***
I think I’ve been living my life half asleep
Just trying numb and ignore the pain so deep
我一直活在半夢半醒中
只是一直麻痺及忘卻 那深深的痛
My yoga practice was the only thing that kept me sane
But my darkening mind was making it harder to maintain
瑜珈的練習 是保持我清醒的工具
但是這逐漸暗淡的心 我快要撐不下去
So I found All Yoga training to build a stronger foundation
And I came to Bali without any expectations
找到了All Yoga訓練 來打好穩固的基礎
不帶著一絲的期待 我來到了巴里島
What I didn’t expect was how deep it would go
But breaking down walls is the only way to grow
從未想像 我能夠如此的深入
卸下圍籬 是唯一能夠成長的方式
The days here are long and blur into one
And the teachers push you harder even when you think you are done
每天的課程 長的幾乎模糊成一片
當你以為已經 油盡燈枯 老師卻還繼續推你前進
Breathing, meditation, yoga, heat, learning, practice, eat, sleep, and repeat
I’m not going to lie, some days I felt defeat
This is not a retreat, everyday is bittersweet
呼吸 冥想 瑜伽 燥熱 學習 吃飯 睡覺 然後再重複
But eventually the body and mind acclimatise
And sometimes I could feel them even synchronise
終於 身體和心智漸漸的習慣了
甚至我還發現它們 在同一個頻率上
When I embraced awareness and let go of perfection
I could finally experience true mind-body connection
當我擁抱覺知 並放開對完美的追求
我終於體驗到真正的 身與心的連結
I didn’t know I could experience a peace like this
And when I reminisce,
I realise it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced
this kind of bliss.
從不知道 我竟然可以感受到如此的平靜
突然發現 第一次感到如此的快樂
So, I want to express gratitude
to each and every one of you
from the bottom of my heart,
對在座的各位 我要從我的內心
一一的表達我的感激
For the teachers:
⭐️Arkie I feel so blessed to have you experienced your loving soul
Your love and kindness overflow
You have helped me more than you even know
I will carry all your lessons with me where ever I go

我是如此的幸福能夠遇到你, 感受到愛的靈魂
你的愛與善念 滿滿的溢了出來
妳無法想像 你真的幫了我很多
我會帶著你教我的一切 到每一個地方
⚡️And to Corey, the man, with whom I would like to conclude
I don’t know in words how to express my gratitude
Your patience never wavered despite our often difficult mood
All of your valuable lessons made me feel renewed

It’s time to put down all of this heavy stuff
You’ve been carrying on your shoulders for all these years
你需要知道自己夠好
在肩膀上的重擔 扛了好幾年
現在是把它們 放下來的時候了
These insecurities, doubts worries and fears
It’s time to break free from all this pain
There’s nothing to gain when it remains
We all see so much suffering every day and night
What the world needs now is more love and more light
不安全感 懷疑 恐懼 擔憂
該是 卸下這些枷鎖的時候了
繼續背著它們沒有任何的好處
看到世界日夜有這麼多的痛
這個世界需要更多的愛與光明
And you have so much of this light and love to give
And you still have so much more of this life to live
It’s time to make this long-awaited shift
Be selfless and share your beautiful gift.
你擁有如此多的光與愛
生命還有這麼的長
該是啟動那等待已久的蛻變了

南韓女團2NE1隊長出身的歌手CL（本名李彩麟），最新發行首張錄音室專輯回歸樂壇，最
近她在與粉絲直播中透露，其中一首歌曲《Let It》本來是要給2NE1唱的，甚至成員朴春
跟Dara都錄音了，只剩Minzy，她更現場公開了3人錄音的版本，讓粉絲又驚又喜！
CL推出正規專輯《ALPHA》，日前在抖音開直播與粉絲互動，透露了收錄的新歌《Let It
》原本是要和2NE1成員一起唱，「Dara姐姐跟春姐姐都已經錄好她們的部分了，Minzy因
為有其他行程，之後我再給你們聽聽。」
不過隨著直播進行，CL果斷公開了3人已經完成的錄音部分，可以明顯聽到CL聲音後面接
著Dara清爽的嗓音，到了副歌更是朴春獨特的唱腔加入，她邊播放邊隨著音樂律動，播了
一段結束後說，「聽到成員的聲音真的很棒，希望之後Minzy能加入」。
隱藏版的音源公開後，「Let It」與「2NE1」也登上了推特熱搜關鍵字，前者有超過45萬
次推文，後者也有1.2萬，粉絲都敲碗能有4人完整版。而這首歌也可能就是朴春在4月時
透露一起錄音的歌曲。
