胖，有分虛胖和實胖，虛胖的人其實是水腫，他們吃得不多，因為根本胃口就不佳，全身肌肉鬆泡泡的，身體困重很容易感到疲累，很多都下半身偏胖，手腳冰冷腫脹，晚上腳踝很容易見到有襪印，他們需要健脾祛濕，去掉水腫後穿衣碼數就可以少一號了！平日注意飲食清淡，多吃粗糧例如紅米、小米、番薯等，多飲用有健脾祛濕功效的湯水，適量進行帶氧運動讓身體排汗趕走濕氣。
健脾祛濕湯水小貼士：
適當地添加健脾祛濕功效的食材如朝即沖米水粉1包、小米、老黃瓜、赤小豆、黃豆、茯苓等。
節瓜粟米茨實米湯
功效：健脾祛濕，紓緩脾胃虛弱引致的腹脹、下肢水腫、眼簾浮腫等症狀。
材料：節瓜3個、粟米1根、鮮荷葉1/2塊（或乾荷葉20克）、蓮子20克、茨實20克、黃豆30克、陳皮1角、淡菜乾25克、蜜棗2枚、朝即沖米水粉1包（或米1/4米杯）
做法：
1. 所有乾材料洗淨，節瓜去皮切塊、粟米去衣連鬚切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮1小時，最後下鹽調味即可。

Preparation:
1. Rinse all dried ingredients thoroughly. Peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces. Peel corn, keeping silk and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
