Ever Since I’ve posted IG stories about [@Thefeatherblade], Many actually reacted to it and here’s my take!.

Feather Blade SG has been a trending steakhouse along Club Street, Featuring #ProperSteak For the People! They only offer two Mains which are namely 200g of Steak [$21++] and Gyūdon Served with either Foie Gras / Scallops [$25++]! And Since i wanted abit of everything, I’ve went ahead ordering Gyūdon instead!.

Beef was recommended to be served Medium Rare! And the chef executed the beef pretty well! Well Marination, Beef Slices were Robust in flavour. Also, It’s thick, Juicy, evenly charred and giving off the “Melts in your mouth effect”! Goes pretty well with a bite of Foie Gras [ Yes! I’ve chosen that instead of scallops ], Caramelised Onions, Furikake, Garlic Chips and Of course without the lack of theirbeautiful onsen egg! It’s magical to see how different elements in one bowl actually complimented each other which brings out the best and beauty in this Gyūdon which makes it pretty worthwhile to have!.

It’s definitely a satisfying bowl and do actually make reservations before heading over to avoid wasting your trip! It’s normally full house hence getting a table secured is pretty essential!.
