【即時頭條】李錦記集團將購買倫敦「對講機」大廈

據兩位知情人士透露，以生產蠔油而聞名的香港李錦記集團接近達成協議，購買倫敦被稱為「對講機」（Walkie Talkie）的摩天大廈。

因未獲授權公開談論此事而要求不具名的知情人士稱，買方正在談判整體購買Fenchurch街20號的這棟大樓。最初是持有該樓50%權益的一群投資者打算出售股權。知情人士說，雖然該交易依然可能泡湯，但各方最近幾周在加緊談判。李錦記的發言人沒有立即評論。

This suggests that half of retail sales growth is expected to come online, as opposed to physical retail locations. "

"Consumers are spending less discretionary time shopping at enclosed malls. This factor has exacerbated brand declines at a number of mall-based retailers and is expected to lead to further defaults. "
