【民間土地資源小組 第二次講座】
近日政府土地供應專責小組再開會，討論各種增加土地供應方法。觀乎小組過往討論的選項，包括甚具爭議的開發郊野公園和大規模填海、民間已討論一段時間的善用棕土和鄉村式用地等。除了這些選項，還有更多方案值得社會考慮嗎？
民間土地資源小組「我城我地」對談系列的第二場論壇，請來著名建築及城市設計事務所Farrells代表，首次發佈於將軍澳藍塘填海研究，計劃提供住宅及商業用地。另外，民間土地資源小組成員之一黎廣德先生亦會講解葵涌貨櫃碼頭搬遷計劃，及其所提供的土地用途。是次活動乃社會上首次深入討論有關計劃，希望刺激參加者對我城土地供應的另類選擇的思考。

The Government's Task Force on Land Supply had meeting again discussing various methods increasing land supply. The Task Force discussed before the controversial country park development and large-scale reclamation, good use of brownfields and village type development in New Territories which have been widely discussed by the public. Apart from these options, is there any other proposals worth considerations?
The Citizens Task Force of Land Resources organized the second "This is Our Land" Dialogue, with representatives from the famous architect and urban design firm Farrells, first release their reclamation proposal in Nam Tong, Tseung Kwan O, providing large area of residential and commercial land. Also, Mr. Albert Lai, member of CTF, will introduce the land released from relocation of Kwai Chung container terminals. It is the first time the society has a chance to deeply discuss these proposals. We believe that a good thinking about alternative proposals in land supply will be stimulated.
