又是一週的開始了，
最近都是典型秋老虎的高溫炙熱天氣，
大家還是要多小心，不要中暑了！
因為中秋節快到了，
這幾天有多位網友私訊問到「偽蛋黃酥」的食譜所在，
其實我也有在前幾天的留言裡貼上連結了，
但可能是資訊太多不好尋找，
我在此重新貼上吧！
這種蛋黃地瓜非常綿密又香甜，
我原以為這是新竹當地特有的地瓜品種，
但後來有網友說蛋黃地瓜很多地方都有賣，
那真的太好了，
因為這款地瓜顏色與口感都真的很像蛋黃，
又沒有蛋黃的熱量負擔，
可以多試試喔！
至於Ricotta Cheese如果不容易買到，
可以改成酸奶油（Sour Cream）這在頂好就有賣，
或是奶油起司（Cream Cheese）
甚至直接換成原味無糖優格都OK
