啊～週末要到囉🤍
睡前來個10分鐘伸展操，消水腫讓腿部線條更好看～幫助提升運動表現，對跑者也是非常好的伸展操喔🤍

1️⃣HIP SWIVEL
雙腳打開後90度往右/左方倒，膝蓋盡可能地貼地板，保持上半身朝前；停留10秒，左右各十次

2️⃣90/90 POSITION LEAN FORWARD
維持上一個姿勢，將上半身整個朝左/右方扭轉；可以的話將手肘貼地
如果柔軟度夠軟，再將整個身體往下趴，但記住重點是在於拉伸臀部肌群；10秒後換邊，左右各3次

3️⃣CROSS& LIFT LEG
左腳盤坐地板，右腳膝蓋跨過左腳，左手手肘靠在右腳的膝蓋上，雙手合掌。上半身往雙腿靠近，感覺右腳的腿後側被拉伸，10秒後換邊，左右各三次

4️⃣MANDUKASANA
青蛙趴跨
慢慢地呼吸，將胯放鬆，臀部因重力往下沉，直至胯根貼地，髖打不開就在最痠的地方停留；停留10秒，來回3次
（分階段拉伸，影片五&六都是）

5️⃣LUNGE POSITION W/ TWIST
左弓箭步右膝蓋點地&右腳腳背貼地，將髖向下向前壓，雙手扶地板身體稍微向左扭轉；如果可以的話手肘貼地
停留10秒，左右各5次

6️⃣LIFT UP BACK LEGS
回到膝蓋點地的位置，右手將右腳的腳背拉起，盡可能往臀部貼近
停留10秒，左右各3次

7️⃣SLIGHT HAMSTRINGS STRETCH
將後腳放下，身體重心往後移。左腳往前伸直腳尖往後勾，主要感受是腿後側的筋整個被拉開來，不需要過度勉強身體向下趴
停留10秒，左右各3次

傾聽身體的聲音，身體有痠痠、熱熱的感覺就可以了😌
