ผลกระทบที่ว่าก็มีทั้งที่เล็กน้อยแต่น่าสนใจไปจนถึงปัญหาใหญ่ของเหล่าค่ายเกมชื่อดัง ส่วนจะมีอะไรบ้างนั้นเราลองไปชมกันเลย
.
1.ยอดขายเกม Plague Inc. พุ่งกระฉูด
เกมวางแผนที่ให้ผู้เล่นสวมบทเป็นไวรัสหาทางกำจัดมนุษยชาติให้หมดโลก Plague Inc. ทำยอดขายถล่มทลาย ขึ้นแท่นเป็น Paid App อันดับหนึ่งบน App Store ในประเทศจีน สำหรับใครที่สงสัยว่าทำไมตัวเกมดันฮิตขนาดนี้ในจีน ผู้ใช้งานรายหนึ่งใน Weibo เขียนรีวิวเอาไว้ว่า “วิธีที่ดีที่สุดในการเอาชนะความกลัว คือการเผชิญหน้ากับความกลัว” การเล่นเป็นไวรัสดูเหมือนจะเป็นการช่วยเยียวยาจิตใจเกมเมอร์ชาวจีนในตอนนี้

2.เกมเมอร์จีนรับเกมโป๊ฟรี 55,000 ชุด
KAGAMI WORKs ผู้พัฒนาเกม Mirror เกมสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ชื่อดังบน Steam ได้ประกาศเรื่องดังกล่าวนี้ผ่านทางหน้า Community ของเกมในหัวข้อ “Wuhan, We’re with you!” ซึ่งพวกเขาได้ประกาศแจกเกม Mirror ฟรีแก่เกมเมอร์ชาวจีนผู้ที่สนใจทั้งหมด 45,000 ชุด ให้ไปเล่นกันที่บ้านเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเข้าไปเสี่ยงกับโคโรนาไวรัสสายพันธุ์ใหม่ที่กำลังแพร่ระบาดอยู่ในขณะนี้ และแจกเพิ่มไปอีก 10,000 ชุด หลังจากได้รับความสนใจอย่างล้นหลาม รวมแล้วมีการแจกมากถึง 55,000 ชุด

League of Legends Pro League , Pokémon Video Game Championship ไปจนถึง Overwatch League และงานเกมรายการใหญ่อย่าง Taipei Game Show ทั้งหมดถูกสั่งเลื่อนยาวเพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นหากคนจำนวนมากเดินทางมาร่วมงาน แม้แต่งาน Taipei Game Show ที่จัดขึ้นในไต้หวันก็จำเป็นต้องถูกเลื่อนยาวออกไปด้วยเช่นกัน

4.การผลิตเครื่อง Nintendo Switch ได้รับผลกระทบ
คุณ Shuntaro Furukawa ประธานของบริษัท Nintendo แถลงยอมรับว่าสถานการณ์ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสส่งผลให้การผลิตเครื่อง Switch จะได้รับผลกระทบ แต่ยังไม่มีการายงานรายละเอียดที่แน่นอนออกมาว่าผลกระทบดังกล่าวจะรุนแรงถึงขั้นไหน

5. Sony และ Microsoft ก็น่าจะโดนด้วยเช่นกัน
แม้จะยังไม่มีแถลงการณ์ออกมาแบบค่าย Nintendo แต่เครื่องเกม Console ของทั้งสามค่ายกว่า 96% ที่ส่งออกสู่ตลาดประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกานั้นผลิตขึ้นในประเทศจีน ดังนั้นก็เป็นที่แน่นอนว่าผลกระทบต่อยอดขายในช่วงปลาย generation นั้นต้องมีผลกระทบมากจากเหตุการณ์ช่วงนี้

6.ตลาด PC จะฟื่้นตัวช้าลง
นักวิเคราะห์มองว่าบริษัทชิ้นส่วนประกอบ PC ที่มีตลาดใหญ่อยู่ในจีนจะได้รับผลกระทบ หลังช่วงปีที่ผ่านมาสงครามการค้าระหว่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและจีนทำให้ตลาดค่อนข้างเงียบเหงาและตอนแรกหลายฝ่ายมองว่าปีนี้จะเป็นปีที่ตลาด PC ในจีนจะฟื้นตัว แต่สถานการณ์ไวรัสจะส่งผลให้ลูกค้า PC ตัดสินใจออกมาประกอบ PC กันน้อยลง

7. เกมน้อยใหญ่หลายเกมอาจได้รับผลกระทบในการพัฒนาและนำไปสู่การวางจำหน่ายที่ช้าลงกว่าเดิม
ประเทศจีนถือเป็นประเทศสำคัญที่มีทีมพัฒนามีส่วนในการสร้างเกมระดับ AAA หลายเกมในท้องตลาด นักพัฒนารายหนึ่งของทีมงาน DICE ให้ความเห็นเอาไว้ว่าการระบาดของไวรัสส่งผลให้ทีมพัฒนาเกมหลายทีมจำเป็นต้องหยุดงานและส่งผลให้การพัฒนาเกมโดยรวมจะล่าช้าขึ้นยิ่งกว่าเดิม

8.เกมโหนกระแสถูกผลักดันออกวางจำหน่าย

ABOUT EDEN KAI:
Very few young talents offer the wide array of diverse skills as those possessed by Eden Kai (aka Yusuke Aizawa). An actor appearing on one of Japan’s most popular reality television shows, Terrace House - Aloha State, Yusuke was beloved by the millions of viewers watching the show as it was broadcast on Fuji Television in Japan, as well as via online service, Netflix streaming the show in nearly 200 countries.
