จากรายงานผลประกอบการล่าสุดของ TOEI Animation ระบุว่า Digimon Survive เกม Digimon RPG จากผู้พัฒนา Witchcraft และผู้จัดจำหน่าย Bandai Namco ได้ถูกเลื่อนการวางจำหน่ายออกไปเป็นปี 2022 แทน โดยจะลงให้กับ PS4, XB1, Switch และ Steam

ซึ่งในตอนนี้ทางบริษัทได้ระบุ กรอบการวางจำหน่ายตัวเกมเป็นช่วงไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปีงบประมาณ 2022 (ซึ่งสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 31 มี.ค. 2022) หรือหลังจากนั้น

Bandai Namco ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และ Witchcraft ทีมพัฒนา ประกาศเลื่อนวางจำหน่ายเกม Digimon Survive ออกไปอีกครั้ง จากเดิมที่มีกำหนดในปีนี้ เป็นภายในปี 2022

ทางบริษัทระบุไว้ว่า Digimon Survive จะไม่วางจำหน่ายจนกว่าจะถึงไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปีงบประมาณ 2022 เป็นต้นไป โดยที่ปีงบประมาณดังกล่าว มีกำหนดสิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2022

สำหรับเกมนี้ จะมุ่งเน้นไปที่เนื้อเรื่องเป็นหลัก โดยผู้เล่นจะได้รับบทเป็น Takuma Momotsuka ที่พลัดหลงเข้ามายังอีกมิติหนึ่งที่มีสัตว์ประหลาดหมายเอาชีวิตเขา ระหว่างนี้เองก็ได้พานพบกับ Agumon ซึ่งถือเป็น Digimon ตัวหลักประจำแฟรนไชส์ ซึ่งจะคอยต่อสู้เคียงบ่าเคียงไหล่เพื่อเอาตัวรอดและหาวิธีกลับสู่โลกมนุษย์ให้ได้

Digimon Survive จะลงให้กับ PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch และ PC (Steam) โดยยังคงต้องรอการประกาศกำหนดวางจำหน่ายกันต่อไป
