我最喜歡鍛煉臀腿的動作-相撲硬舉 🍑
#相撲硬舉 是複合式訓練動作，意味著可以啟動多個主要肌群！這個動作拿來練臀超棒，但前提是動作要正確👌🏽

1️⃣雙腳張開（相撲姿勢）站多寬取決於個人髖關節的靈活度及舒適度，然後將腳趾向外轉
2️⃣胸部位於槓鈴的上方，垂直下放雙手抓住槓鈴
3️⃣拉起來之前，將臀部向下坐，挺胸並順勢拉起
4️⃣注意膝蓋是全程朝外的，不要讓他們向內旋轉
5️⃣在頂部用力擠你的臀部，但要確保不要過度伸展，否則會傷害到背部
6️⃣向下放並重複動作

Sumo deadlifts are a COMPOUND movement, meaning they work multiple major muscle groups!
⠀
They are a PHENOMENAL exercise to build your glutes🍑 but ONLY if you’re doing the exercise properly.
⠀
1️⃣Set up with your feet wide (sumo stance) - “how wide” varies on your hip anatomy, flexibility & comfort. Toes turned outwards
2️⃣Chest right above the bar. As you open up your hips & push your knees OUT, drop straight down & grab the bar
3️⃣Before you even lift the weight, sit back into your hips, bring your chest up & draw your lats down...now lift.
4️⃣PUSH YOUR KNEES OUT THE ENTIRE TIME - do not let them cave-in! This will keep your glutes from engaging in the exercise & wreck your knees
5️⃣At the top, squeeze your glutes! Be sure not to over-extend at the top, it’ll hurt your back.
6️⃣Drop the weight down & repeat!

The Holy Spirit showed me something powerful! He said that when you are standing far off from God’s throne, all you see is His holiness and glory—the flaming appearance of God, the brilliant light, the angels and four living creatures, the twenty four elders around His throne, the emerald halo, the sea of glass, the flashing lightnings, the seven fires of the Spirit.
“Immediately I was in the Spirit. Behold, there was a throne set in heaven, and one sitting on the throne that looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at. Around the throne were twenty-four thrones. On the thrones were twenty-four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads. Out of the throne proceed lightnings, sounds, and thunders. There were seven lamps of fire burning before his throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. Before the throne was something like a sea of glass, similar to crystal. In the middle of the throne, and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes before and behind. The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like a man, and the fourth was like a flying eagle. The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come!”” (Revelation 4:2-8 WEB)
But when you go close to Abba God’s face, you will see through all that, and see Him smiling at you. He will hug you who are His precious child. You cannot know that you are loved unless you boldly approach the throne of Grace!
“Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16 WEB)

I know the feeling of self-condemnation. I had it when I was a new Christian almost a decade ago, when I had misunderstandings about the meaning of God’s word—specifically in the four gospels.
I remember reading things like “If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out,” and feeling like I was doomed. How terrible it is to live under self-condemnation and fear of judgment due to wrong believing.
God has been faithful and increased my understanding of His word. Basically, most women are actually super women. We used to take care of every one around us, our family members, our parents, our partner, our children, our team… and very often, we put us at the end of the queue. Joy Fok, our guest this time, a world traveller and TV producer, and I had gone through a lot, to find ourselves, to be truly responsible, meaning care about our own business, and not trying to rescue the world or our loved ones.
What is your “Abundance Level”? How do we distinguish between being responsible? Being loving, caring and giving? When should we stop? Where should we draw the line of healthy boundary? Many of us just give, give, give, without knowing where we come from, such as guilt, playing rescuer, mothering others or what?
We have learned so much from our past decades of life, and come to love ourselves, and put ourselves first and foremost. We have come up with 7 Keys to Be A Happy Woman, even a woman leader. And, how to lead a lif of Abundance?
1) Do what you love only, do not compromise;
2) Take care of ourselves first and foremost;
3) You can’t give have we don’t have;
4) Are you willing to give up “something”?
5) Are you being too harsh to yourself?
6) Ask for help when you need to;
7) Enjoy life in your own terms.

About “波様 ‐HAZAMA‐”
An EP featuring strings and synthesizers. Four songs draw the one world. The title “HAZAMA” has double meaning, the sound as a wave and the boundary between music genres.

About ながしまみのり(Minori Nagashima)
Minori has been playing the electric organ and piano since she was three years old, and started composing when she was six. Majoring in music composition and acoustics at the university, she created a number of works in surround music and film scorings. After her B.A., she continued to create sound installations while working on the studies of the relationship between cities and music in the master course. She has joined teamLab as a Director after graduating the school and directed “Learn & Play! teamLab Future Park”. Also created music and directed many other art projects and exhibitions such as “Sketch Aquarium”.
She officially became independent in 2016 after working for teamLab and started to focus as an artist. Besides working on the installations, fashion shows, music compositions for theater, she is a keyboardist and arranger for bands such as “女王蜂 (queen bee)” and “ポルカドットスティングレイ (POLKADOT STINGRAY)”.
Minori flies freely in both the music and the arts, being active as a composer and keyboardist for a wide range of genres, and directing various installations and exhibitions.
This basic tutorial will show you from start to finish how to mod and create your own car in Photoshop.
Basically as you understood from the glossary meaning it means modifying cars with picture editing programs like, photoshop, coral draw and others. Using those programs you can change the color of the cars, put new parts, brush new body kits... as a whole, you can make the ride of your dreams
