Used to be skinny.. and years of gym later - still skinny! And I’m okay with that. And you should be too 😛 Seriously though, I do regular weight training and it took me a long time, as an ectomorph, just to achieve this physique. For body types like mine it’s easier to approach body building with a ‘quality over quantity’ mindset, so instead, I’m going to challenge myself to gain some mass over the next months. And yes, I am tensing!
Set a body goal that’s realistic for your body type and love yourself every day of the process! ‘Cause if you can’t love yourself, how the hell are you gonna love somebody else?

Some of you have noticed that my body has changed physically especially in the past year and have asked me what have I done differently. I can honestly tell you that I haven’t been dieting, I just can’t be on a rigid diet because I have low appetite control, LOL!

One of the best things I did was to get my DNA test done over a year ago to understand my body better. Since then, I’ve adapted my training and food intake based on what’s most effective for my body type. Trust me, I was equally as doubtful. I mean eat and train according to your genes? Really? It wasn’t an overnight process, but hey, I have certainly noticed the difference on my physique and I feel so much better inside too.
