很多人在問 user story refinement 在做什麼呢? 主要是以下兩類事情:
(1) 拆解用戶故事
將大的 epic or story 拆解成多個, 好讓他們可以在一個 iteration 中完成.
(2) 補充用戶故事細節
有時候雖然故事不大, 但是還是有些細節不清楚, 有些 error handling 要怎麼做, 這些也是要進一步釐清.
那這兩件事情要做到怎樣的程度呢?
足夠讓團隊成員在這個 sprint 中完成所要的工作就好
不夠, 會無法開工或是做完
太多, 則會浪費時間

user story 是否要拆的很小嗎?
如果要在 2 周內做完 (一個 sprint 兩週的話), 每個 story 的範圍都不會太大.
另外, 這會造成 story 的個數很多, 在管理上會有不小的負擔, 並且還要確保這些 story 能涵蓋當初的 epic 的.
個人覺得有時候一個 story 做個 2 -3 個 sprint, 讓 story 個數不要太多, 讓 story 的管理以及 story 的 size 之間可以有某些平衡. 或許也是一種可行的方式. 不知大家的經驗如何?
