Sofie Dossi is an amazing aerialist, contortionist and hand balancer. Her insane flexibility makes us think she doesn’t have a spine. We never thought we would see someone who could shoot arrows on fire with their feet.

While we were in LA we got to spend a couple days filming with Sofie Dossi. She’s an incredible self taught contortionist, aerialist, and hand balancer. She was a finalist in season 11 of America’s Got Talent and has been featured on different shows for the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and The Ellen Show. She also performs around the world and is a huge hit performing at NBA and college basketball games. She was even given the title “Halftime Performer of the Year” by Sports Illustrated in 2017. Sofie has some of the most insane strength and flexibility we have ever seen. It’s crazy to see in person, we don’t get how it’s even possible. It doesn’t seem like she has a spine or bones at all. The highlight of our shoot though was filming her shoot a bow and arrow on fire with her feet. What made it even more entertaining was being able to capture that stunt in super slow motion using a Phantom high speed camera. We filmed the slow motion shots at up to 2500 fps and we’re stoked with how the shots turned out. It was a super fun and exciting shoot. Big thanks to Sofie Dossi and her family for all their help and time making this video possible!

Former Houston Rockets center Yao Ming was honored Friday night as his No. 11 jersey was retired by the club in a ceremony in Houston.
Ming played seven seasons in the NBA before missing the 2009 season because of injury, and subsequently missing all but five games in the 2010 season. He retired shortly after because of injuries.
The 7-foot-6 center was an eight-time All-Star, and is one of two players to be voted in as a starter every season of his career. He averaged 19 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.9 blocks for his career and was one of the most dominant big men of his generation.
Yao blazed a unique trail. He became the first player drafted No. 1 overall despite not playing in college. And he walked that trail successfully, being enshrined into the Hall of Fame with Shaquille O'Neal and Allen Iverson last year.
"As a basketball player he's one of the best," Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said via ESPN. "He presented something you don't really see every day, 7-6 of an unbelievable talent and knowledge of the game.
"When you get to know him, which I have the last year or so, he's a funny guy, a great locker room guy, he added so much to the game. He's a pioneer and what they're doing tonight is great and being in the Hall of Fame is even better. But he deserved everything, if not more."
Former Rockets teammates Tracy McGrady and Dikembe Mutombo were on hand, as were former Rockets stars Hakeem Olajuwon and Calvin Murphy.

The 1996 NBA Draft is one of the best drafts of all time.
It gave us one of the best players ever (Kobe Bryant), one of the most entertaining players ever (Allen Iverson), and a host of future Hall of Famers. Three of the 10 highest-earning players of all time came out of the 1996 draft.
Today, many of these players are still involved in basketball in some capacity. But there's also a math teacher, an ESPN analyst, and an ex-investment banker. Only one of them — Kobe — is still playing.
The 1996 NBA draft was the 50th draft in the National Basketball Association (NBA). It was held on June 26, 1996 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The draft was broadcast in the United States on the Turner Network Television. In this draft, NBA teams took turns selecting college basketball players and other first-time eligible players, such as players from high schools and non-North American leagues. The Vancouver Grizzlies had the highest probability to win the NBA draft lottery, but since they were an expansion team along with the Toronto Raptors, they were not allowed to select first in this draft. The team with the second highest probability, the Philadelphia 76ers won the lottery and obtained the first selection. The Toronto Raptors and the Vancouver Grizzlies were second and third respectively.
Allen Iverson, a sophomore from Georgetown, was selected first overall by the Philadelphia 76ers.
It is widely considered to be one of the deepest and most talented NBA drafts in history, with one-third of the first round picks later becoming NBA All-Stars. The draft class produced three players who won NBA MVP awards (Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Steve Nash), seven other drafted players who became All-Stars (Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Ray Allen, Žydrūnas Ilgauskas, Stephon Marbury, Jermaine O'Neal, Peja Stojaković, Antoine Walker), and one undrafted All-Star (Ben Wallace), for a grand total of 11 All-Stars. Moreover, eight players from this draft class have been named to at least one All-NBA Team, the most among any draft. The draft class also produced 3 players who have been named to the NBA's all-defensive first team: Bryant, Marcus Camby, and Wallace. Camby won the Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2007, while Wallace earned the same award in 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2006. The draft also included 5-time NBA champion Derek Fisher.
Most experts rate it along with the 1984 NBA draft and 2003 NBA draft as one of the best drafts in history. Sports Illustrated named it the second-best, behind the 1984 draft, whose highlights included Hakeem Olajuwon, Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, and John Stockton.
