最近勤洗手正夯，洗手後你是怎麼弄乾你的手呢？在空中甩一甩？擦在衣服上？用擦手紙？使用烘手機？如果方式不正確的話可是會讓洗手的成效大打折扣哦！

Q : 哪種乾手方式最好？
A : 早期文獻認為使用擦手紙可以有效讓手快乾跟清除手上細菌。這一、兩年新的研究卻有不同觀點，甚至得到相反的結論：使用烘手機比用擦手紙可減少手上的細菌，更能減少感染的傳播！

Q : 哪種乾手方式效果最差？
A : 擦在自己的衣服上。

Q : 使用烘手機要讓手不動靜靜地烘就好，還是邊烘邊搓手才效果好？
A : 靜靜烘20秒比搓來搓去更能移除較多細菌。

Q : 如果在家沒烘手機只有擦手紙，用兩張擦是否比較乾淨？
A : 沒這回事，用一張跟兩張一樣，不要浪費地球資源！

my name is alvynna ✌️ i’m a travel content creator and a wellness coach too ✌️

here’s my story:

i was never born a skinny kid. However as a teenager i suffered from eating disorder and i ate once a day or starved myself to lose weight, i was at 45kg. I then ballooned up in my college days at using the same method but increase to 60kg. 😂 (on the left) i tried all kinds of method u can think of, but never worked.

In two wheels of BMWs, it is features that there are a lot of examples of adopting a mechanism different from the other two wheels. Especially, there are a lot of one to adopt two horizontal opposing cylinder engine and either a dry single board clutch and shaft drive or this.

R series(two horizontal opposing cylinder engine)

R is taking of the initial of Rad (wheel and bicycle). The camshaft is on the side of the cylinder, and the valve can be classified there into drive and high cam OHV by a short push rod. The ground amount of the cylinder is higher than that of old R series.
