最近MCO不能出國，就想起我之前在日本的旅遊Vlog，哦！！好懷念在日本吃過的和牛Wagyu！突然間很想吃和牛哦！！！
於是我就上網找了一下，發現原來馬來西亞可以直接在網上購買到日本A5級別的和牛，而且價錢比我在日本吃到的更便宜，那麼還等什麼啦！就快快網上訂一些來吃！
AAH Nippon是最早進口Halal和牛的公司，而且他們進口的和牛是鹿兒島的薩摩町和牛 (kagoshima satsuma Gyu). 在2017年的第11屆和牛奧林匹克比賽中得到四項冠軍！成為這五年裡面世界上最好的A5和牛，直到2022年。
AAH的電商網站halalwagyumalaysia.com除了A5 和牛， 也有F1 Crossbreed混種和牛，最近他們有個A5和F1的Starter Kit，裡面包括有Steak cut （牛扒切法）, yakiniku cut (炭燒肉)還有Shabu-shabu（刷刷鍋切法），Starter kit可以省下至少RM120哦！！每一種切法都有三種不同的等級，如果不知道哪個比較好吃，那就先訂兩套Starter kit來試試吧！
點擊後放進購物車，然後寫上你要他送貨的時間，暫時只提供免費送貨在雪蘭莪和吉隆坡範圍內，送貨只限星期一到星期五，如果今天如果早上預訂，第二天就可以送到，好啦！！填上地址然後點擊購買就可以了！
我現在剛剛到了AAH參觀他們的廠，要進去雪藏庫需要穿上 全副武裝，然後進過一個隔離室，抽出裡面的空氣才可以進去，保持衛生最重要，Shabu-Shabu是用機器來切，而Steak cut和Yakiniku則是用人手來切的
我剛剛拿到了AAH的和牛，原來他們的標語是“ Now Everyone Can Eat Wagyu”, 人人都可以吃和牛，我們來看看和牛吧！
現在先來試炭燒的Yakiniku和牛，我們來看下A5 和F1那個比較好吃！錄音
準備小炭燒爐，燒紅炭，慢鏡頭，放上燒烤網，音樂：shadow samurai or Japanese music
準備日本米飯，炭燒當然不能少了米飯！
現在重頭戲來了，A5 Wagyu Steak cut牛扒切法，哇！！！好大塊哦！！！！這塊是Premium級別的Steak Cut A5和牛，我們拿不粘鍋來煎，
我之前在日本吃的大概這麼小塊！現在這一塊大概210g， A5和牛並不需要怎樣醃製，就算不放鹽也無所謂，只需要兩分鐘就可以煎出頂級的牛扒！
先把和牛的包裝打開，放在室內十分鐘讓它解溫，然後大火燒熱平底鍋 不需要放油，也不需要一直翻面，一面大概35-40秒，另外一邊也是，這時你可以放鹽和黑胡椒，不過我就不打算放任何東西。好啦！另外一面也好啦，拿上來放五分鐘，封鎖著和牛的肉汁，如果要吃熟一點的，可以5分鐘後再回鍋煎到你要的熟度，回鍋時就需要小火一點。
