2011年3月在日內瓦車展正式亮相的Aventador LP 700-4，讓品牌中置 12 缸純自然進氣引擎的旗艦車型，再創高峰；奠定車型在 ESS 級距一枝獨秀的地位，並於全球各地區市場皆打破前代車款的銷售紀錄。
極致輕量，碳纖維材質應用
Aventador LP 700-4採用了首見於品牌車系的碳纖維全單體車艙，運用品牌多項專利技術打造而成的碳纖維全單體車艙，在整體結構上，將車室骨架與車頂集成為單一零件，能確保極其出色的車身剛性，搭以前後鋁合金車架，更達成總重量僅僅只有229.5公斤的絕佳成就。
全時四輪驅動，只為完善性能
為了打造Aventador， Lamborghini研發部門的工程師開發了全新的高性能傳動系統，引擎爆發的強勁動力，必須以穩定可靠的方式驅動汽車前行。Lamborghini為此款旗艦車配備了強大的電控系統，包含：Haldex電控耦合器、自鎖式後差速器以及由EPS進行電子控制的前差速器。動力傳輸方搭載的Haldex電控耦合器，用以在前、後軸之間分配扭力；幾毫秒之內，耦合器可依據動態情況調整扭力的分配，根據不同駕駛模式，在特殊情況下可將最高 60% 的扭力分配到前軸。而前、後差速器則進一步提升了動態操控性能。
時代變革：創新懸吊系統
