Weekend’s Cheat Meal🍽 We decided to go for Japanese - Tuna Toro Sashimi Bowl! A rather healthier cheat meal option but still something that we LOVE❤️ always allow yourself to enjoy food no matter which part of the fitness journey you are on!

Day 11 (Sunday)
Breakfast: Homemade Bread with Longan Macadamia Butter
Lunch: Veggies Dumplings + Veggies + Noodles
Afternoon Snack: Fresh Orange Slices
Dinner: Yellow Bell Peppers with Taro and Red Kidney Beans + Broccoli + Fish with Red Bell Peppers + Rice
Day 12 (Monday)
Breakfast: Egg + Purple Sweet Potato + Cherry Tomatoes + Cucumber
Lunch: Same as Dinner the night before
Dinner: Bean Curd with Grilled Chicken + Japanese Vegetarian Dumplings + Veggies + Rice
Day 13 (Tuesday)
Breakfast: Fish + Udon + Veggies + Banana
Lunch: Same as Dinner the night before
Dinner: Lemon Grass Pork Chop + Veggies + Fish with Fish Maw + Spicy Chicken + Rice + Corn & Carrot Chinese-Style Soup with Almonds and many other things (homemade by mum ❤️) @ Hong Kong

30 days of no sugar begins with some GRUMPY withdrawals!

Day 2 of the No Sugar for a month Challenge going interestingly with a heavy bout of sugar withdrawals. Low energy. Feeling lethargic. Didn't feel like doing anything other than lay in bed all day.
The reason I am doing this No Sugar November Challenge is because I really want to clear up my skin from some, what I think is, hormonal acne that has been bugging me since the beginning of the year.
This is the second time that I am doing this no sugar for a month challenge and I am praying that i have the same, or maybe even BETTER results, this time around!
