Video - Swimming time

We have started Adam & Noah on swimming Classes .
By 4 years old they should be able to take instructions and learning the proper techniques .

From 0-3 years old , Its best to teach your Child to be comfortable in the water .
To be able to jump , dive , holding their breath for a longer time underwater , etc .
Let them play
Let them have fun
We usually start them from babies supaya tak takut air .
Better for parents to be in the water with them .
They feel more confident that way .
PS - Bella & Tasha are great swimmers now .
They too have started back on their swimming Classes .
