Cold Dish (e.g. Drunken Abalone, Drunken Chicken Wings..): Thaw under room temperature for 10mins to 15mins.

Hot Dish: Place food pack in a saucepan full of boiling water. Turn off the stove. Wait 15 mins with the lid on.

Never been to the instafamous Choi Hong Estate but I got to experience its magic 🌈 after climbing Fei Ngo Shan 🚵‍♀️😤! What a reward 🎁.

During the climb, negative thoughts casting doubt on myself crept in, “why am I doing this... I didn’t sleep enough...” but I was told the view would be worth the climb, so I did. At the end of the day, it wasn’t the astounding view from the mountain top that was most gratifying, it was the ability to persevere and not give up that brought sheer joy. I aspire to apply the same grit, determination and hard work on other aspects in life 💪🏾.

Some of the world's finest ships raced around Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. Monday (January 29, 2018) saw a Pro-Am Race (Professionals and Amateurs) against the background of Victoria Harbour, with its skyscrapers and steep mountains.

The 2017-18 Volvo Ocean Race started from Alicante, Spain, on Oct. 22 and covers 45,000 nautical miles (83,000 km) around the world, featuring a total of 12 host ports. It ends in The Hague, Netherlands, at the end of June.

一個月之前跟好兄弟Scott(台灣人)行西貢古道,這條路除了小部份很滑腳,其實相當易行,屬兩粒星的難度,一邊行一邊由Scott向我講述孫中山及蔣介石在台灣的歷史,見到名墓於百花林的好風水,坐向精奇,之後再由蠔涌搭小巴出西貢下午茶,影片配合我喜歡的中樂,彷似走回古時,上京取考的難鬼書生一樣,感覺悠閒!
