It’s intriguing because every hotel actually has their own unique experiences, some even make their own chocolates or meditation classes

Also the very lovely Canapés & Desserts by both Four Seasons Macau & Hong Kong! Thank so much for sharing the Love ❤️ Can’t Wait to visit them soon...

I have been traveling, teaching yoga, photoshooting for two weeks in a row in #Beijing and #Tianjin. And @Fourseasons @FSHongkong knew exactly what I needed to #unwind. It was a wonderful and surreal experience at the spa there in #fourseastianjin for their signature treatment: Active Lift, a 120-min indulgence for me! We started with a 30-min #bodyscrub, and a most needed 60-min massage, followed by an express #facial - all complete with the luxurious skincare brand @naturabisse. My masseuse and facialist Fiona was very knowledgeable in the human body and helped me release knots and tightness (yes, yoga teachers have this kind of problem too!!!) It was the best way to conclude my teaching tour in China.
