Previous studies showed that high doses of celecoxib increased cardiovascular harm, but the safety of modest doses was unclear. New research findings are summarized in this short video.

1、Rivaroxaben vs with dabigatran: rivaroxaban 引起GI bleeding 較少（hazard ratio, 1.20,95% confidence interval, 1.00–1.45).

2、Apixaban vs dabigatran: Apixaban 出血風險較少。（HR. 0.39; 95% CI, 0.27–0.58）

3、Apixaban vs rivaroxaban: Apixaban 出血風險較少。（1.34 vs. 3.54/100 patient-years; HR, 0.33; 95% CI, 0.22–0.49).

結論：引起GI bleeding 的副作用，Apixaban 最低，Rivaroxaban 最高。
