A familiar face that you’ll be seeing around my office more is my PTTK Arinah Najwa. Her favourite line to me is “I’m not good enough” which is ridiculous. She recently graduated with her Masters from Kings College London not only with a distinction but was also awarded Best Dissertation on her paper about Affirmative Action and Entrepreneurship in Malaysia.

It was difficult coaxing her to join the civil service as she preferred the corporate life with her background as a Consultant in EY. But I knew her drive to make the world a better place would be a great fit for an already stellar team.

She’s a flaming feminist, clear from her work in Lean In Malaysia, and youth focused as a WEF Global Shaper. Fun fact, she was my debate teammate in IIUM and we broke Malaysia’s record at the time of reaching the Open Quarters at Berlin WUDC 2013. I’m excited to see what she brings to the team.

▍講師介紹：

• 陳玟成（Michael），畢業於政治大學公共行政學系，曾至韓國延世大學交換學生，擁有泰國工廠管理和韓國線國外業務經驗。先前在黑暗對話社會企業(Dialogue in the Dark)擔任業務，為社企流共同創辦人，目前負責社企流教育訓練活動規劃和執行。

• 林以涵(Sunny)，畢業於政治大學公共行政學系、美國德州大學奧斯丁分校（The University of Texas at Austin）公共事務研究所。曾任美國獨立顧問公司Social Enterprise Associates專案經理，提供諮詢服務給社會企業、非營利組織與國際發展機構。現為台灣第一個華文社會企業資訊匯流平台「社企流」創辦人兼執行長。Sunny也是ECSEL易社計畫（Empowering Chinese Social Enterprise Leaders）2013-2014年度社會創業家學者，與世界經濟論壇（World Economic Forum）全球傑出青年（Global Shaper）。
