【本篇為Go kitchen 來廚房邀稿試吃】
我平常就有在吃健康餐盒的習慣，現在吃到一般市售便當會覺得太油膩、重口味，甚至有
些負擔，算是健康餐盒的中高度依賴者。
但連鎖健康餐盒吃來吃去大多都是水煮雞胸、豬里肌、鯖魚、滷牛腱，主菜似乎有些千篇
一律，雖達到營養均衡的理想，卻少了那麼一點點新鮮感。
位於北投關渡站的「Go kitchen 來廚房」提供了煎香料雞胸、蒜蝦、鮭魚等菜色，提供
給客人高貴不貴的健康餐盒選擇，也製造出與連鎖餐盒的差異性。

「Go kitchen 來廚房」位於捷運關渡站旁，從捷運關渡站一號出口約步行一分鐘。鄰近
北藝大學區及華碩企業總部，中午用餐時間是滿滿的學生還有上班族，外送訂單也是絡繹
不絕。
店面布置的繽紛活潑，落地窗後是明亮且潔白的內用空間。
店內擺設沒有什麼多餘的裝飾，灰藍色牆面與鋪上綠色草皮的木地板，上頭擺放木桌椅，
空間明亮而寬敞，相較一般較為狹小的健康餐盒店面來的舒適許多。
由於沒有酌收服務費，所以餐具皆為自取，店家也有提供白開水供客人飲用。
店家的優惠券方案實在不錯，買一份大概是八六折，如果想吃不同價位只要補價差就好。
除了較高價的蒜蝦及鮭魚，和市售健康餐盒價格差異不大，對於附近居民、學生、上班族
來說頗為划算，也因此累積不少常客。
而店家有提供北投區滿五百即可外送的服務，四五個好友或同事相揪就能湊團，十分方便
。

店家的白飯是參雜了紅藜米，跟大多吃到的紫米有所區別性。
配菜則是有紅椒、玉米筍、花椰菜、木耳、四季豆、杏鮑菇及一顆蛋，基本上不會更動。
雖份量較少，但種類更為豐富，不要看他水煮無味，配上一旁的油蒜醬真的是超過癮，許
多人覺得脂肪是不健康的，但適量的攝取好油絕對是必須。
一份蒜蝦約有六七隻胖蝦仁，雖著色不深，一開始也很擔心味道不夠，但一口吃下蝦的脆
口加上香料的陪襯真的很美味，淋上一旁檸檬更為清爽，一隻一隻停不下來。
▲橄欖油雞胸 $130
由於「Go kitchen 來廚房」距離我活動範圍有些距離，所以在內用完一份之後，還打包
了兩份餐盒帶回家給家人享用。
其中一份是店家經典的橄欖油雞胸，健康餐盒的雞胸是標配，但大多是水煮或是舒肥，煎
香料雞胸倒是第一次見到。
有別於一般水煮雞胸的簡單、舒肥雞胸的柔嫩，「Go kitchen 來廚房」的雞胸是使用香
煎方式，並以香料調味。
保有雞胸的扎實肉質，且十分有味道，但由於餐點皆是現點現做，雞胸煎熟需要較久時間
，所以若是急著用餐就不建議點選，小小提醒一下。
外帶便當店家也會附上一杯自製法式橄欖油蒜醬，可以說他是便當的靈魂之一也不為過。
還沒吃下之前能先聞到大蒜麵包般的香氣，而吃進口中則是濃郁的蒜味，但橄欖油中和了
嗆辣，卻絲毫沒有油膩感，連我不愛吃蒜的人都很能接受，嗜吃蒜的人想必會愛上，如果
喜歡也有提供販售。
▲挪威厚切鮭魚 $200
最後壓軸就是我最愛的挪威鮭魚。
「Go kitchen 來廚房」的挪威鮭魚肉厚色澤美，外皮煎到有點恰恰，肉質則是帶點Q度，
沒有腥味極其新鮮，若是出現在一般餐廳內也不違和。

其實在造訪之前有先看過店家菜單，對於較市面上略為高價有些擔心，實際享用完「Go
kitchen 來廚房」後，我了解到累積到這麼多常客及公司、團購訂單的原因。
除了附近類似選擇不多之外，主菜的用心及美味度有和一般健康餐盒做出區別性，不是事
先大鍋料理好，最後再全部盛進餐盒中的水煮料理，反倒是有種在家吃飯的溫馨感，很有
溫度。
每份餐盒卡路里都落在五百大卡以下，既美味、營養均衡又不怕攝取過多熱量。適合食量
偏小且不急著用餐的客人，若是有些預算，提前訂購作為會議餐盒也是挺不賴的選擇！
